The moment when that big jumping crocodile launches

Just watch how this big jumping crocodile attacks its food. How powerful is its bite.

These Saltwater Crocodiles are hand fed by professional wildlife handlers. We were out filming the behaviours of this feeding experience under the strict supervision of these professionals and would not recommend attempting this as we saw first hand how opportunistic these creatures are and how thing could go bad really quickly.

Safe and Affordable Towns in Tennessee

For the last few years, Tennessee has been experiencing an influx of new residents. Some of that is due to the lack of a state income tax, with many people coming from high-tax states. As a result, some of the more popular cities, like Nashville and Chattanooga have started to get expensive. There are however, some cities, that still have a reasonable cost of living, while also having a low crime rate. In this video, we're uncovering nine communities in the Volunteer State that are both affordable and safe.

6 Best Things To Do At PORT DICKSON -- The Beach Resort Destination At Negeri Sembilan

Port Dickson, or PD to locals, is a coastal and resort town in Port Dickson District, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It is the second largest town in Negeri Sembilan, after Seremban, its capital city. The town's administration is run by the Port Dickson Municipal Council (Malay: Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson; MPPD)

This small town used to produce charcoal and therefore was called Arang (Malay: charcoal) - there used to be a carbon mine at the first mile of the coast road (hence named Jalan Pantai) - but it was later developed as a small port by the British during the Straits Settlement period. Port Dickson was also known as Tanjung (Malay: cape), alluding to the town centre's location on a small peninsula. The oldest shophouses were the four situated presently at Jalan Lama.

Historically what is today Port Dickson and nearby Lukut were then part of the Luak of Kelang, one of the original nine chiefdoms (luak) that form the first iteration of Negeri Sembilan in 1773. By early 1800s, it was then part of Selangor. On 30 July 1880, a meeting was held in Singapore between Sultan Abdul Samad (then Sultan of Selangor), Raja Bot (the ruler of Lukut district), Dato' Kelana of Sungai Ujong as well as the British, in which Selangor cedes the district of Lukut to Sungai Ujong (which later became the modern day Negeri Sembilan).

Tin ore was plentiful in Lukut, an area within the Port Dickson district, during the 1820s, and it attracted Chinese immigrant miners. The British considered the area to have great potential as a harbour. It was intended to supersede the port in Pengkalan Kempas. The in-charge officer's name was Dickson, and thereafter the town was named Port Dickson. Others claim that Sir John Frederick Dickson, colonial secretary, a senior official of the Federated Malay States founded Port Dickson and Pulau Arang in 1889.

Port Dickson evolved into a busy trading centre. Railways were constructed to facilitate the growth and development of Port Dickson. Although Port Dickson experienced rapid development, its beaches are fairly well preserved.[citation needed]

Port Dickson is also home to many army camps of the Malaysian Army such as Sebatang Karah, Segenting, Si Rusa and Sunggala.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson - World's Largest Water Chalet in Malaysia

In this travel vlog, I will be staycation at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson in Negeri Sembilan for a 3 day 2 night trip (马来西亚森美兰大红花度假村), one of the best hotel in Malaysia and largest water chalet in the world, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. The resort’s location, just a one-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, 30 minutes from Seremban & 1 hour from Melaka Malaysia, made it an ideal getaway without the hassle of extensive travel.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson has many types of rooms, including the famous Executive Pool Villa, Panorama Pool Villa, and Sky Pool Villa. I checked into a Premium Pool Villa, and the first thing that caught my eye was the stunning view of the Straits of Malacca. The villa itself was luxurious, with a private swimming pool and steam room that allowed me to take a dip anytime I wanted while enjoying the serene seascape.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson has plenty of activities and things to do. The outdoor swimming pool was expansive and beautifully maintained, perfect for both leisurely swims and energetic splashing with the kids. For those who enjoy keeping fit, the gym had state-of-the-art equipment, which I made good use of each morning.

For those family’s with kids, parents sure will love Outdoor Playground and Kidz World, a dedicated area with engaging activities and games that keep children entertained for hours. Meanwhile, I enjoyed rejuvenating treatments and a relaxing ambiance at Lex Spa, a true escape from daily life.

Exploring the resort on bicycles was a highlight for me. The paths were scenic, and it was a fun way to get around. For the adventurous, the ATV rides at the beach offered an adrenaline-pumping experience. The rugged terrain provided a thrilling ride that left us all exhilarated. We balanced this with some friendly competition at the table tennis tables and improved my aim at the archery range.

Water sports were another exciting aspect of my stay. The variety of activities available ensured there was never a dull moment, whether we were kayaking, jet ski, banana boat or just floating leisurely on the calm waters.

The food at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson was also exceptional. The resort features several restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines, from local Malaysian dishes to international favorites. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience.

Additionally, Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson provides a free shuttle service to famous attractions in Port Dickson, following the route below:
{ Resort - Benns Chocolate Factory - PD Ostrich & Pets Show Farm - Sunggala Gateway - Army Museum PD }

Overall, my stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxury, activities, and breathtaking views made it a destination we’ll definitely return to.

I hope you enjoy this video. If you visit Kuala Lumpur and want to escape the city but don't know where to stay in Port Dickson, I highly recommend choosing Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson for your trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Discover the Eco-Friendly Awesomeness of Dickson Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas

The 5th best place to live in the country might surprise you. In fact, you might not have heard of Fayetteville, AR, but you’ll be glad you have now. Despite being the 3rd largest city in Arkansas, its 83,000 residents mean it doesn't feel huge and can maintain a quirky vibe.

Dickson Street is the main vein of the city, where you’ll find unique spots—like Dickson Street Bookshop, with a rare book collection dating back 300 years. Craft brew, artisan coffee, and live music are all part of the city’s pulse. And they’ve just become one of only a few dozen cities in the nation (and the first in the state) to pass a 100% renewable energy pledge. Fayetteville is set to have 100% community-wide clean energy by 2050. Hoorah!

Port Dickson (Negeri Sembilan Malay: Podeksen, Jawi: ڤورت ديکسن‎), colloquially referred to as PD is a beach resort in Port Dickson District, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It is the second largest urban area in Negeri Sembilan after Seremban, its state capital. The town's administration is run by the Port Dickson Municipal Council (Malay: Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson; MPPD), formerly known as the Port Dickson Sanitary Board (Malay: Lembaga Kesihatan Port Dickson) from 29 March 1928 until 28 February 1950, Port Dickson Town Board (Malay: Lembaga Bandaran Port Dickson) from 1 March 1950 until 30 November 1979, Port Dickson District Council (Malay: Majlis Daerah Port Dickson) from 1 December 1979 until 1 February 2002.

A resort town, Port Dickson thrives primarily on tourism. Nevertheless, there are other sectors that contribute to the town's economic growth. Along with Nilai and Seremban, Port Dickson is part of the Malaysia Vision Valley, a growth corridor initiated by the Negeri Sembilan state government which aims to develop the western half of Negeri Sembilan to complement the existing development in the neighbouring Klang Valley and the Greater Kuala Lumpur area as a whole.

U.S. Highway 70: Nashville to Dickson - Tennessee | Drive America's Highways 🚙

🚙 Drive America's Highways for 30 miles west along U.S. Highway 70 from Nashville to Dickson, Tennessee 🛣️

We start the video turning onto U.S. Highway 70 a few dozen feet west of the intersection with River Road on the far west side of Nashville. Driving southwest on Charlotte Pike, we cross the intersection with Tennessee Highway 251 to enter Bellevue. Continuing our southwesterly drive through Bellevue, we pass the western terminus of highway 70S before bending our way along the north bank of the Harpeth River. Leaving Bellevue, we enter Pegram (5:30) where we drive northwest to intersect TN-249. Winding our way around the northern banks of the Harpeth River once again, we leave Pegram, passing the service road to the Narrows of Harpeth (8:08), and continue west into White Bluff (10:38), where we intersect Tennessee Highway 47.

Leaving White Bluff, we continue west on Highway 70 to pass through the northern parts of Montgomery Bell State Park, where we make a brief stop (14:24). Resuming our westerly drive on 70, we soon enter Dickson, where we pass the terminus of TN-96. Continuing into Dickson, we cross several local intersections while driving through a commercial district in town before turning northwest on Henslee Drive to bypass downtown. A block or so later, we reach the intersection with Mathis Dr, where we end the video at a red light.
