Dalyan gezilecek yerleriyle ön plana çıkan Türkiye’nin popüler turizm noktalarından biridir. Muğla’nın Ortaca ilçesine bağlı bir mahalle olan Dalyan, Köyceğiz Gölü’nü Akdeniz’e bağlayan Dalyan Deltası’nın yanına kurulmuştur. Türkiye’nin önemli sazlık bölgelerinden olan Dalyan, özellikle Caretta Caretta kaplumbağaları ve çamur banyolarıyla öne çıkmaktadır. Güney Ege ve Batı Akdeniz’in kesim noktasında yer alan bu küçük bölge, başta İngiliz turistler olmak üzere yabancıların uğrak yerlerinden biridir.
Akdeniz’e kıyısı olan Dalyan`da Gezilecek Yerler ve Muğla’nın cennet gibi köşelerinden biri olan Dalyan, plajları, kral mezarı ve antik kentleri ilen tarihin ve turizmin yaz mevsiminde çok canlı olduğu şirin bir tatil beldesi. Dalyan Gezilecek Yerler Burayı özel kılanlar ise Akdeniz’in harika görüntülerini bize sunması yanı sıra berrak ve ferahlatıcı suları yapabileceğiniz safari turları aynı zamanda bilinçlenip kültürlenebileceğiniz bir konum olması onun neden bu kadar ziyaret edildiğini daha iyi açıklıyor. İngiliz misafirlerin Türkiye de tatil için geldiği beldelerden biri olan Dalyan ne zaman giderseniz gidin insanın sıcaklığını ve misafirperverliğini görmek insanları mutlu ediyor.
Şifalı olduğu bilinen kaplıcaları ile Muğla Dalyan sağlık turizmi bazında da misafir çekiyor. Kaplıcalar plajlar ve gezip görebileceğiniz antik yerler haricinde Dalyan Koy bakımından da oldukça zengin. Bazıları Muğla’nın en güzel koyları olmakla birlikte içerisinde birçok koy bulunduran Dalyan bu konu bakımından da plaj veya kalabalık alanlar sevmeyen insanlar için fazlasıyla alternatif sunuyor.
Dalyan’ın eğlenmekten çok kültürlenebileceğiniz sizlere tarih hakkında bir şeyler gösterip öğretebilecek olan bu antik kentin ziyaretçisi oldukça fazla. Dalyan Gezilecek Yerler Yer olarak Dalyan’ın hemen karşısında bulunan Çandır köyü içinde bulunan antik kent oldukça ilgi görüyor. Kaunos Antik Kenti Her ne kadar görkemli anıtları olmasa da Kaunos kalesinden çekilebileceğiniz fotoğraflar ve mekanın tarihi dokusu görülmeye değer. Sadece Dalyan için değil Türkiye tanıtımlarına bile konu olmayı başarmış bir yapı. Her ne kadar bunun farkında olmasak da Kral Mezarları oldukça büyük bir öneme sahip. 2500 Yıllık geçmişleri ile Balıklar Dağının güneyine kayalıklardan oyularak yapılmış anıtlar görenleri oldukça etkiliyor.
Dalyan Çamur Banyoları, bölgeye gelen turistlerin en çok ilgi gösterdiği aktivitelerin başında gelmektedir. Tekne turlarıyla veya tekne dolmuşlarla ulaşım sağlayabileceğiniz meşhur çamur banyolarının cilde iyi geldiği düşünülmektedir. Kil maskesine benzeyen çamurun yanında termal havuzlar bulunmaktadır. Kükürt, klorür ve radyoaktif gazlar içeren termal havuzlar, dünya çapında birçok ünlü tarafından da ziyaret edilmiştir.
Deniz suyu ile tatlı suyun buluştuğu nadir plajlardan biri olan İztuzu Plajı, Türkiye’nin en önemli sahillerindendir. Yaklaşık 4,5 kilometre uzunluğa sahip olan İztuzu’nun en önemli özelliği, Caretta Caretta kaplumbağalarının yumurtlama noktalarından olmasıdır. Plaj, bu özelliğiyle ”Kaplumbağa Plajı” olarak da bilinmektedir.
Dünya çapında birçok ödül kazanan İztuzu Plajı’nın kumsalın kaplumbağaların yumurtalarını bıraktığı yerler işaretlenmektedir. Bu işaretleme, denize girenlerin yumurtlama alanlarına zarar vermemesi içindir. Ayrıca 21:00-08:00 saatleri arasında kaplumbağaların rahat hareket edebilmesi için kapalı olan İztuzu Plajı’nda yaralı kaplumbağaların tedavi edildiği bir merkez bulunmaktadır.
Dalyan gezilecek yerler listesindeki önemli noktalardan biri olan Sultaniye Kaplıcaları, binlerce yıllık tarihe sahiptir. Köyceğiz Gölü’nün güney batısındaki Ölemez Dağı’nın eteklerinde bu bölgenin M.Ö. 100 yıllarında Kaunoslular tarafından kullanıldığı bilinmektedir. Bölge, Roma döneminde de kullanılmaya devam edilmiştir.
39 derece sıcaklığında suya sahip olan Sultaniye Kaplıcaları, yüksek radyoaktiviteye (98.3) sahiptir. Bu özelliğiyle rehabilite edicidir. Ayrıca güzellik çamuru olarak bilinen Dalyan çamur banyolarından biri de Sultaniye Kaplıcaları’ndadır.
Dalyan Deltası’na hakim ikinci nokta olan Çandır Seyir Tepesi, Gökbel’e göre daha alçakta kalmasına rağmen deltaya daha yakın olduğu için daha çok detay görmenize olanak sağlıyor. Sadece şahsi araçla ulaşabileceğiniz Çandır Seyir Tepesi’ne gitmek için Dalyan’dan arabalı feribotla karşıya geçip, Çandır Köyü girişine kadar gidiyorsunuz.

Dalyan is one of Mugla and Turkey's most incredible destinations. Recently, me and my two friends Sadik and Adnan made a trip to Ortaca, Dalyan. We stayed for two nights and were absolutely moved by the spectacles we got to see in terms of nature.
On our first day, we got a taxi to take us to Kargicak Koyu, which is based in Ortaca, and before getting to the beach, the drive inside the mountain was simply sensational. The views were nothing below outstanding and it was the perfect way to start our trip there.
As we got to the beach, it is easily the most unique beach I have ever been to because of how small its length is and how it is a photographer’s dream due to the symmetry you see between the sea in front and the mountains.
Our apartment was booked via Airbnb and it cost us 1200TL for 3 people per night. It was located in the most perfect location as our breakfast table was opposite the famous Kaunos rock tombs of the kings. This is one of Dalyan's top 3 visiting locations, hence it was befitting that it was kind of near our doorstep.
We had our breakfast beside the lake and this was also another reason why the apartment was so impressive because a boat comes every morning at 10am and it takes you to Iztuzu beach. The boat trip costs a return ticket of 20TL per person and this 45-minute ride has exhilarating surroundings for you to view on your way to the beach with beautifully clean air to inhale.
As you get to Iztuzu beach, you again realize that this beach is unique in its own right. The beach is surrounded by a lake on one side and a lake on another and as you walk up a small hill that is found along the way, you can see how mesmerizing this spectacle is from a high point. This fall under the Mediterranean coastline or what the Turkish call the Akdeniz.
From where we were dropped off, we walked for an hour on the beach and we reached the sea turtle research, rescue, and rehabilitation center where many turtles found across the Mediterranean sea are given help. This is a must-see if you do go to Iztuzu.
If you are considering going to Türkiye in 2022, and you happen to be in Antalya, or especially in Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye, or anywhere within Mugla province, do come to Dalyan as it is the diamond of that particular region.

10: Dalyan Water taxi's:
In this episode we try and explain the difference between the public and private water taxi's to the beach (they appear the same but are different). We cover Water taxi fares, sunbed charges, food and drink prices all important things to know, to travelers on a fixed budget. If we fail to provide any information you need, please ask us directly in the comment session. We will always respond, if not immediatley, within a day or so.
We start on the late night walk home past the local mosque with the arabic call to prayer ringing out over the town, we take an early morning traditional Turkish breakfast in the old square in Dalyan. we see the difference to a private owned water taxi down the river to the beach (both the same price), we check out all those important things you need to know before you go, See the most inappropriate beach shoes i've seen in many a summer, poor girl must have forgot her flip flops. We check out the beach away from the sunbeds, all mixed in with the usual stolen B footage. If you enjoy these vlogs then tell your friends especially those thinking of visiting Turkey of what we are about here at KT Travels, and lets face it who doesn't know somebody going to Turkey back home.
These vlogs are predominantly for our memories and we share them so others can see our first hand experiences whether it is good or bad. We wont ever run an establishment down. Its not our intention to effect anyones lively hood other than in a positive manner but where we recieve great service we will of course endorse that establishment free of any outside influence.
We do not mind any critism recieved, but please keep it both factual and respectful, if you do feel the need to make judgement, emphasise your point so we can improve what we offer.
Finally we have a long way to go to our 1st goal of 1000 subscribers, but a genuine huge thank you to everyone who has clicked on and supported us, we will provide better content in future episodes as we are learning all the time. A thousand subs will open more features offered by youtube and will be a huge landmark to both of us.

Dalyan is located in the Muğla district between Marmaris and Fethiye. The city has many Ancient Greek remains dating back to the 4th century BC when it was founded by Lycian Greeks. Across the Dalyan River many ancient tombs are carved in the rocks. The spectacular royal tombs are the main touristic highlight of Dalyan.
