You may have already read about the attractions you can visit in Singapore, but do you know the fast facts and dos and don’ts when traveling to Singapore? Here are some things you should know about Singapore before your visit.
In this video, we will talk about All the Things You Need to Know Before Your Trip to Singapore. If you are planning to visit Singapore, here are some things you should know before your trip:
Entry Requirements: Check the entry requirements for Singapore and make sure you have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa if required.
Weather: Singapore has a tropical climate with high humidity and temperatures that range from 25-32°C (77-90°F) throughout the year. Be prepared for frequent rain showers, and pack lightweight clothing.
Transportation: Singapore has an efficient public transportation system, including trains, buses, and taxis. Purchase an EZ-Link card for convenient and discounted travel on public transportation.
Culture and Etiquette: Singapore is a multi-cultural society with Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Western influences. Respect local customs and be mindful of cultural differences. Chewing gum is not allowed in Singapore, and smoking is prohibited in public areas.
Language: The official languages of Singapore are English, Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil. English is widely spoken, and you should have no trouble communicating with locals.

Singapore is open for tourism and you basically do not need to do PCR or RAT test prior to departure or upon arrival in Singapore. There is no quarantine required nor any COVID test upon arrival. However, you need to complete Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) online.

Just wanted to share a few things i learned during my time in Singapore. Some because i'd done proper research, others because i'd made mistakes and some others well... i guess i just wasn't lucky!

For Australian passport holders, you only need a visa for business or tourism if your visit is over 90 days, so for my stay in Singapore, i didnt need to apply for a visa or anything - as long as i had a valid passport, i was good to go.
