Hey my amazing people, It was my first time crossing over the Suriname border into French Guiana. On the French border, is the town of Saint Laurent du Maroni, very similar to the Albina side, but nothing interesting to see, I heard there is a museum somewhere in the neighborhood, maybe next time I cross the border I will check out the museum. there is a very popular supermarket on the border though, and from what I can see, lots of people cross the border to to shopping there. We meet Marie Therese Louise with whom we discover fruits and vegetables coming from Laos’ land, Guiana’s being to hard to labour. With them, the cooks here can do wonders. They show us three irresistible recipes: Amazonas snapper, shrimp tempura and croupia sandwich with cardamom butter.

Shock To See What Our Border Town Albina, Bordering French Guiana Looks Like After 15 Years!
Hey my Amazing people, trust everyone’s doing well. We went to a road trip last weekend to Albina, the border town of Suriname and French Guiana. The last time I was in Albina was like 15 years ago, it is sad to see Albina deteriorate day by day. I remember at one time Albina was once a flourishing town, a top tourist attraction site. I hope and pray that one day Albina will once again rise to the top. Join me guys as I walk/drive around to check out this once popular town.
A bit of advice guys, please be very careful if you will be taking any videos or pictures around Albina.

Was Intercepted by the Water Police! Wasn't Expecting This To Happen On The River!
Hi my amazing people, Trust everyone's ok. We were heading to Albina, and were making a trip across the border to French Guiana, this time we went with a tour, let us just say, unfortunately we weren't able to cross the border. Royal Tours were very nice and accommodating, they provided food, snacks and refreshments. A bit of advice, if you want to have a hassle free trip into French Guiana, I suggest you get a visa. I am sharing this experience with you, so that you can decide whether you want to apply for a visa or not.

Hey my amazing people, I was always curious with Suriname's one and only sugar factory. I finally went to Marienburg to check out this old abandoned sugar factory. This Factory was founded in 1745, by Maria de la Jaille, this Sugar plantation with a sugar factory had lots of interesting history, including and uprising and shooting of workers. Lets check out this old abandoned factory together guys, thanks to Mr. Ali for showing me around, guys if you are interested for a tour you can go to the plantation and Mr. Ali will be at your service.

Brazil to French Guiana - Mapaca to Cayenne
This is our journey from Mapaca to Cayenne - most of the road through the Brazilian section was not paved so it was very bumpy and slow.
The road was much better as soon as we crossed into French Guiana.
There weren't many cars on the road, but there were a lot of car wrecks at the side of the road.
Just before we reached Cayenne we came across a horrific accident which had just happened. An army vehicle had overturned and there were some seriously injured people. The medically trained people from our truck went to help the injured until the ambulances arrived. We waited in the road for several hours until three helicopters had arrived and airlifted the worst injured to hospital.

A expressão “do Oiapoque ao Chuí” ganhou fama e perdura até os dias de hoje, ainda que nos mapas oficiais conste o monte Caburaí. Além disso você vai conhecer o Museu Kuahí, onde se encontra uma variedade de artesanatos feito por etnias indígenas que são vendidos por eles mesmos no museu. Também conhecemos a única fábrica de chocolates com cacau de várzea do mundo, CASSIPORÉ. Chocolates e licores deliciosos, totalmente orgânicos e diferenciado.
