In this episode, we discovered the big impact the shipping industry has on our oceans and how resilient mother nature is.
Altho we did not catch any fish we saw the biggest turtle in the world OMG. It was an incredible experience the boys will never forget. We kayaked on the same path used by this big ship to duck and swam with pufferfish while snorkeling.
When the day was almost over I discovered a mud well and took a mud bath lol

We are Jordan and Lizl, newlyweds from Cape Town, South Africa.
In January 2021 we started our relocation journey to the Cayman Islands with a little stop-off in Jamaica (due to flight restrictions going into Cayman). We had 3 and a half weeks at this beautiful resort called 'Bahia Principe' in Runaway Bay.
Although the boys had to work during the day, we still managed to squeeze in a few snorkel missions and dive trips, we even got our open water PADI licences!
Although we needed to isolate for 14 days on arrival, we were super fortunate to be allowed to use all the resort amenities. We are so disappointed that we didn't record more of our stay i.e. all the pool sessions, meals, bars and workouts. It just means we'll need to go back, soon.

Come snorkel with your girl in Discovery Bay near Ocho Rios. This was almost a solo day. The kids were not so much for exploring the water and kayaked to land instead. It was our last day of our 3 day villa stay and they wanted to enjoy every second with their auntie Azhima.
I just can't stay out of the water. I went again and again lol and it paid off I even caught a lion fish.

This was my first time snorkeling, the snorkeling trip was then followed by a lobster catch and cook outdoor style on the tropical island known as Booby Cay.
