Wadi Rum Luxury Night Camp (Bubble domes in the desert) // JORDAN TRAVEL VLOG
Wadi Rum desert in Jordan is what we imagine Mars must look like. The redness of the sand and rock formations seem endless and are totally mesmerizing. The BEST way to experience Wadi Rum is to stay in a bubble dome where you can see the desert sky and landscapes anytime, day and night. We stayed at Memories Aicha Luxury Camp ( which was more incredible than we could have dreamed! Tucked into a small inlet, this luxury desert camp made us feel like we were staying in a Martian dome that had delicious food and some of the best sunrise and sunset spots we have ever been to!
If we could have, we would have stayed up all night watching the stars and then taking in the incredible sunrise from the bed in our bubble dome! It’s too bad we needed a few hours of sleep before beginning our Wadi Rum desert tour which began in time for us to watch the sun come over the desert while our guide lit a fire and made Bedouin tea right on the sand. We climbed sand dunes and drove around in the back of a pickup truck to soak in the feeling of the vast Wadi Rum desert. It was an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience and we highly recommend booking with Memories Aicha Luxury Camp if you are looking to tick this item off your bucket list! Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started “travel hacking” & finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. Zagubieni na pustyni. Pustynia Wadi Rum i Petra w Jordanii to mój top najbardziej spektakularnych miejsc na Świecie. Spędziliśmy tu dwa dni i dwie noce. To co bardzo szybko rzuca się w oczy (a w zasadzie uszy) to brak dźwięków. Jedno z niewielu miejsc na Świecie, gdzie jest absolutna cisza. Surrealistyczne doświadczenie. Nocowaliśmy w Aicha Bubble Camp. Udało się złapać najbardziej wysunięty bąbelkowy namiot, przez co widok po rozsunięciu zasłon był absurdalny. Jak weekend na Marsie.
Na miejscu mieliśmy przewodnika, który woził nas gdziekolwiek chcieliśmy, ale także gotował i pokazywał elementy lokalnej kultury, czy nawet sztuczki takie jak rośliny z których na pustyni można zrobić szybko mydło do mycia rąk.
Rezerwat Wadi Rum jest słynny z niesamowitego krajobrazu pustyni, spektakularnych gór z piaskowca, dolin pustynnych, kanionów, wydm, łuków. Jest też znany jako Dolina Księżyca. Wadi Rum służyło jako miejsce filmowe w Dune (2021), Lawrence z Arabii, Prometeusz, Marsjanin, Star Wars i wielu innych filmach.
Rezerwat Wadi Rum został wpisany na listę światowego dziedzictwa UNESCO (cytat): Prezentuje różnorodny krajobraz pustynny składający się z wąskich wąwozów, naturalnych łuków, wysokich klifów, ramp, olbrzymich osuwisk i jaskiń. Petroglify, inskrypcje i pozostałości archeologiczne na tym terenie świadczą o 12 000 lat ludzkiego osadnictwa i interakcji z naturalnym środowiskiem.

JORDAN TRAVEL VLOG ???????? | Petra by Night, Wadi Rum Desert & Amman ✨
I’m back with my first overseas vlog after two years! #Jordan has started lifting its travel restrictions on foreign travelers in the beginning of March, and so I took this as a chance to use up all my remaining leaves from the year before to travel there! Tourism plays a vital role in Jordan’s economy. So, it was very heartwarming to be able to visit the country and experience Jordanian’s hospitality.
I made a 1 night stop at Amman (I wish I had more time so I could explore more of what this bustling city has to offer) before spending 3 days and 2 nights each at Wadi Rum and Petra, both of which were an absolute dream. In this vlog, I’ll be taking you through the desert landscapes in Wadi Rum, exploring archeological sites in Petra, and feasting in the bustling and vibrant Amman.
Although I know that what I filmed will not fully capture how stunning Jordan is, I hope you enjoy this vlog as much as I enjoyed editing it! All I have to say is that Jordan is a country that is DEFINITELY worth visiting! Please leave a like/comment and subscribe to my channel! :)

We headed out to Wadi Rum desert in Jordan (March 2020) to check out 2 different bubble tent hotels!
The first one was Wadi Rum Bubble Luxotel:
A tent per night costs 270 JD which is approx $360/£300
The 2nd one (and the or we actually stayed in) is Al Sultana Luxury Camp:
For a bubble tent, It is 170 JD a night/$240/£190

INSIDE Jordan's Luxury Bubble Domes [Feels Like Mars]
Sleeping in Hollywood's real life mars set was surreal. This Wadi Rum Bubble Hotel in Jordan was the ultimate experience. It gave incredible views during the day and of stars at night. Cody and I spent a day exploring the desert, what was covered in the video only scratched the surface. The Bedouin people were very welcoming and the Bubble Luxotel was the ultimate in Luxury Glamping (with a real bed and air conditioning). If you can definitely check it out!

TIP: {Make sure you book their Luxury Camp 2 if you want a camp in the desert, really tranquil and no other camps surrounding it! The location was amazing. The food was okay - dinner was decent; breakfast was terrible - just being honest ... still worth booking!}
PETRA / WADI MUSA: we stayed at The Crystal House, basic large rooms about a 5 minute drive from the entrance to Petra, host was really nice and his wife makes some delicious dinners!

THE DEAD SEA: we stated at Movenpick Dead Sea Resort and opted for 2 connecting rooms, which were really nice. The resort is great and the breakfast and dinner buffets are a must! + they have a chocolate hour that is included in your stay at Movenpick!
