Bryant Park Winter Village: Top 3 Foods | Festival Foodies
Back in December 2019, we visited The Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park. The Winter Village is one of New York's largest winter events, and has over 30 vendors selling everything from churros to handmade gifts. After trying all the food at the Winter Village, we narrowed it down to a top 3.
Fan Favorite: Raclette Sandwich
Hidden Gem: Hot Chocolate Chimney Cakes
Wacky Snack: Mozzarella Stick Cheesesteak
The Winter Village is operational in 2020, but has put safety measures in place to maintain safe social distancing. They have limited their vendor list this year as well, which may result in some of the foods shown in the video not being present at the Winter Village.

As you probably already know, we love telling stories about food and traveling anywhere we can to find the most delicious, mouthwatering dishes. This year, we couldn't really do that. It was a tough year all around for everyone. So in light of finding some ~light~ in a dark 2020, what better time than now to reflect on the dishes and restaurants that make us happy? We picked our favorites, based on the places we've been, your responses to the stories we've shared, and looking back at recent videos we've produced for this series.
These dishes may not be the most iconic or the most representative of every state, but that doesn't make them any less delicious or any less worthy of a bullet on your bullet list. We hope they inspire you to travel and try new dishes (when it's safe again to do so), whether it's to LA for the juiciest tacos you'll never stop craving or to Alabama for the decadent orange rolls you never knew you needed.

TRYING ALL NEW FOOD at the 2023 MINNESOTA STATE FAIR (Pickles, Butter Ice Cream, Galabao + Lutefisk)
On this episode of Mapping It, we spend a FULL DAY AT THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR and we try all the NEW FAIR FOODS for 2023, including 7 new vendors! From COOKIE DOUGH PIE to LUTEFISK TACOS, there's something for everyone! Some things were a surprising hit, like IRISH BUTTER ICE CREAM, and some things were a flop, like MANGO PICKLES.
