95th Annual Tom Tom Festival in Yoakum, TX
We like to say that the best way to get to know a city, is by attending their most featured events. That’s why YOLO TX paid a visit to Yoakum for the annual Tom Tom Festival.
Since 1928, the community has come together for a three-day celebration honoring the humble beginning of Yoakum. The city, which was known for its blossoming tomato industry, now hosts a competitive cook-off and kids carnival every first weekend of June. Guests can also enjoy a local market, interactive games, a premiere auto show, and traditional rodeo. But that’s not all, the night ends with a live concert. This year’s headliner was the Cory Morrow Band!
It’s a YOLO TX first and we’re taking you for the ride!
