After the New Year 2023 we visit Changde city which is a prefecture-level city in the northwest of Hunan province, People's Republic of China.
A formerly Tier 4 city, now a Tier 3 in Northern Hunan, China. Trip started from the north part to the central part. Currently, the only cities ranking as Tier 1 are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.

My Experience Going to the Beach in China | Chinese beaches | 辽宁省 营口市 鲅鱼圈 - 东北之旅
When you think of China you don't think of beautiful beaches - that's not because there aren't any, there certainly are, especially down in Hainan Province - but for the most part, Chinese beaches are notoriously overcrowded and dirty. One of the places that you especially wouldn't think of going to a beach would be up in the northeast of China - a region known as 'Dongbei' (东北), but I did manage to find a place where folks from the region can get their 'beach on' right there in northeast at a lesser known beach called 'Bayuquan', which literally translates as 'Mackerel Circle' (鲅鱼圈). It is located on the north side of Bohai Bay at the Liaodong Peninsula.
Technically Bayuquan is a district of Yingkou City (营口市) but in actuality, it may as well be a completely different city entirely. It's about an hour's trip from Bayuquan to Yingkou and the two areas are completely distinct.
Located in Liaoning Province, it certainly would get cold during the winter, but in the summer, the sun comes out and multitudes from the northeast of China set out for a 'close-to-home' vacation at Bayuquan!

BEST BOATING IN SHANGHAI | HUANGXING PARK YANGPU SHANGHAI
Huangxing Park is located in Yingkou Road, Yangpu District, northeastern part of downtown Shanghai China. You can take subway metro and get off in Huangxing Park Station and walk about 2 minutes and you’ll arrive in the park, or take Yanji Middle Road Station and you’ll arrive there in 10 minutes.
There’s a lot of things to see here and it’s a wonderful place to jog and walk. Many locals are visiting this park because of the huge location, quite environment and it’s a peaceful place to do exercise, yoga and meditation. It’s also great for picnics and relaxation.
There’s a lot of activities you can do here in Huangxing Park. There’s a playground for kids and toddlers, some locals do fishing and one of the most exciting here is the pleasure boating.
Thats why we are here because we want to try and experience boating here in Huangxing Park. We’ve tried it in different areas, but I’m just wondering if how it feels when your boating when there’s no other people doing the same thing together at the same time. Coz usually, especially when its holiday or during summer season, here in China, there’s a lot of locals and tourists who’s also enjoying different outdoor activities, such as boating. And I want to grab this chance thats there’s no other people here except us.
