Interaction Nearly Gone Wrong
Another day traveling in Europe discovering more about cultures. In this particular video I wanted to go for a traditional Vietnamese food at Asian Bistro, but just when I was ready to enjoy my Vietnamese meal I got a lesson from local dude in Vsetín which is a town in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 25,000 inhabitants. Originally it is a small town with not much diversity apart from the local Czech natives, Vietnamese shop owners and the Romani Gypsies living amongst each other in this town. During my explorations of this town situated at the Eastern part of Czech Republic I will tell you about the World War I and II, Wallachian Uprising and the bloody executions happening in the past. After my meal I decided to go and interact with some of the locals in the surrounding area and it turns out that most of the youngsters told me they were watching my YouTube videos, TikTok and following me on Instagram. After taking photos with my subscribers I went to discover more shops in this town such a local Jednota and typical Czech-Vietnamese shop where I find loads of interesting items. Co jsme objevili na zámku ve Vsetíně; aneb tip na výlet po Valašsku; Morava; Česko; Vsetín
Náš krátký film pojednává o zámku na Vsetíně. Město, které leží v centru Valašska, nabízí krásné vycházky do okolní přírody. Ale když je zima a počasí neumožňuje pobyt venku, tak návštěva zámku může být skvělým tipem na to, jak příjemně strávit volný den. Na rozdíl od jiných historických památek je zámek na Vsetíně otevřený po celý rok. Byli jsme z jeho návštěvy příjemně překvapeni a nadšeni. Věříme, že vy a vaše děti, budete také.

Zámek na Vsetíně byl postaven v prvním desetiletí 17. století na základech středověké tvrze z první poloviny 15. století. Jeho majitelé, Lukrecie Nekšovna z Landeka a Arkleb z Víckova dali vzniknout rozsáhlé stavbě s majestátní věží. Osobně se na zámku zdržoval také její druhý manžel, známý vojevůdce a kontroverzní postava českých dějin, Albrecht Václav Eusebius z Valdštejna. Během valašského povstání za třicetileté války se zámek stal centrem povstalců, ale bitva u Vsetína roku 1644 povstání rázně ukončila.
Později byl zámek v držení uherské šlechty z rodu Illésházy, a v průběhu 18. století prošel několika přestavbami a úpravami. V roce 1833-1834 získal klasicistní podobu, která se zachovala dodnes. Jeho posledním soukromým majitelem byla firma Baťa a krátce zde pobývala vdova po Tomáši Baťovi, paní Marie Baťová
Památník před zámkem
Před zámkem můžeme vidět Kovový pomník Obětem valašského povstání 1621–1644 od sochaře Zdeňka Němečka z roku 1966 se jmény několika desítek zemřelých v důsledku účasti na povstání a účastníků bitvy.
Templáři na Vsetíně
Na počátku městečka Vsetína stojí řád Templářů, kteří zde krátkou dobu působili a výrazně se podíleli na kolonizaci Vsetínska a růstu samotného městečka. První písemná zmínka o Vsetíně totiž pochází právě z templářské listiny vydané v roce 1308.
