This episode was shot on 23rd Feb, we started from Rajkot and proceeded towards Junagadh
I mentioned in the video that I had prepared Indori Poha at home, following the authentic recipe of Poha of Indore, link of video is given below:
Above video has two parts - top breakfast of the country and recipe of Indori Poha.
Breakfast at Shree Hari namkeen Kotecha chowk - they serve tasty poha.
Gondal - Swami Naryan temple
Navlakha palace - This is at distance of 1-2 km from Swami Narayan temple
Palace Orchard - This place is famous for vintage car collection - 9 to 12 noon 3 pm to 6 pm are visit timings
Suresh Parotta houe - This is a neat place to have lunch in Gondal.
kalyani collection at Jetpur - This is a shop we visited at Jetpur to see Bandhani saree and we also visited their saree screen printing unit
Khambalida caves - These are old caves
Khodal Dham - This is a new Dham that was built in 2017, distance from caves - 4 km
Virpur - This place is famous for Jalaram Bapu ahram, ideally we should have first gone to Virpur then we shoud have gone to Jetpur but we were getting late, we went to Jetpur then came back in reverse direction to Virpur.
We reached Junagadh little late and stayed there at Byke suraj hotel there, we were charged Rs 2000 per day room tariff, over all decent hotel at this tariff.

Jalaram Bapa Mandir Virpur ।। Food for devotees in Virpur
This is a religious site. The city of virpur became famous after the Birth of the saint Jalaram. The temple tells the story of the event and miracles occurred in the life of Saint Jalaram. The local people still feels the divine presence of saint Jalaram around them. The temple also has the JHOLI and DANDA given by god to Virbai Maa and the Original Hanumanji's Idol.

Jalaram was a Hindu saint from Gujarat, India. He was born in Virpur, Rajkot district, Gujarat, India, on 4 November 1799, which is the 7th day Krishna Paksha of Kartik month on the Hindu calendar VS year 1856, one week after the Hindu festival of Diwali. His father was Pradhan Thakkar and his mother was Rajbai Thakkar, who belonged to Lohana, a merchant clan. He was a devotee of the Hindu god Rama. Numerous temples across the world have been built in his name. The main shrine of Jalaram Bapa is located at Virpur. The shrine is actually the housing complex where Jalaram lived during his lifetime. The shrine houses the belongings of Jalaram and the deities of Rama, Sita, Lakshmana and Hanuman worshipped by him. It also has on display the Jholi and Danda said to be given to him by God, however the main attraction is the portrait of Jalaram Bapa. There is also a black and white photo of Jalaram Bapa, taken one year before his death. Millions of followers visit Virpur on the anniversary of Jalaram Bapa's birth, which is celebrated as Jalaram Jayanti.[4] on the seventh day of the bright fortnight in the Hindu calendar month on Kartika. There are many guest houses in Virpur to accommodate tourists and pilgrims. Money is not accepted at the Jalaram Bapa temple. Some Dharamshalas serve food to visitors free of cost and without taking a donation.

In this episode, we have travelled from Junagadh to reach Khodal Dham which is around 2 hour drive from Junagadh. Khodal Dham located in Kagvad in Rajkot district, Gujarat is a Hindu Temple Complex dedicated to the patron deity of Leuva Patel Community.
This temple holds the Guinness World Record in National Anthem Singing of thousands of people in the temple complex.
After that, we reached Jalaram Bapa Mandir, located in Virpur which is around 16 km from Khodaldham.
Born on 4th November, 1799, Jalaram is a Hindu Saint associated with Lord Rama. Mostly engaged in serving pilgrims, sadhus and saints, Jalaram’s tradition of serving one and all with food and water still continues in the region free of cost without any voluntary donation.
Then we visited Goli Soda & Softy shop just 200 meters from Jalaram temple where we tried different beverages mainly made of Soda including:
Sing Chaska= Rs. 30/- glass
Chaas Soda= Rs. 30/- glass
Bomb Soda= Rs. 30/- glass
On our way to Swami Narayan Temple, Gondal, we made a stopover at the roadside cotton fields to know how it is cultivated in Gujarat which is one of the largest producers of cotton in our country.
After cotton fields, we finally reached Swami Narayan Temple, Gondal. We took our Prasad offered free of cost in the temple premises itself.
Temple remains closed from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
By the evening, we reached Ghela Somnath in Jasdan Taluka which is 65 km from Gondal and ended our journey over there. Ghela Somnath is a historic place where the original Shivlinga of Somnath Jyotirlinga was hidden to save it from the marauding army of the Mughals.
