Park and tourism area of Babaaman village - Bojnord city - North Khorasan province - Iran
Baba Aman Tourist Park is located at kilometer 10 of Bojnoord-Mashhad road and is one of the oldest tourist parks in Iran.
Babaaman resort has a hotel, bakery, restaurant and buffet, parking space, seasonal exhibitions, residential complex, paintball club, mosque and 6D cinema.
There are springs in the center and around the promenade. One of the springs of this resort is called Baba Aman spring, which is considered to be a type of mineral water and has a flow rate of 300-400 liters per second. The water of this spring boils from four points inside the hill and falls into the pools that are built with different levels. The water of these springs belongs to the category of calcium and sodium sulfate waters, and its consumption is choleretic, laxative, and facilitates digestive and detoxifying actions.
In the western part of Baba Aman, there is a wild life called Pardisan with an area of 350 hectares. In Pardisan Park, animals such as yellow deer, Orial wild sheep, mountain ram and deer are multiplying. You can go to the special wildlife area and watch these animals up close.
The vegetation of this park covers 250 hectares.
Baba Aman resort is considered one of the most memorable and spectacular natural spots with a forest park that has about 400,000 trees. When you walk in the promenade of Baba Aman, you will be amazed to see the variety of trees such as acacia, plantain, hawthorn, willow, kanarak and apricot. Its trees are sometimes 400 years old.
گردشگاه باباامان در کیلومتر ۱۰ جادهٔ بجنورد - مشهد واقع شده است و یکی از قدیمی‌ترین پارک‌های گردشگری در ایران می‌باشد.
وجه تسمیه نامگذاری(امامزاده)
ناصرالدین شاه در سفرنامه دوم خود به خراسان چنین می‌نویسد که در روزگار گذشته، امامزاده‌ای به ده بابا امان رفته بود. اهالی آن روستا قصد داشتند امامزاده را بکشند؛ اما امامزاده از دست آنان فرار کرد و خود را به پیرمردی رساند و به دامان او پناه برد. امامزاده به پیرمرد چنین گفته بود «بابا امان!» منتها آن پیرمرد سنگدل سر آن امامزاده را از بدن جدا میکند. از آن پس، به این روستا بابا امان گفته می‌شود. امروزه بقعه ی این امامزاده در بالای یکی از تپه‌های گردشگاه بابا امان قرار دارد. نام وی شاهزاده اسماعیل است و یکی از فرزندان منسوب به امام موسی کاظم است.
تفرجگاه باباامان
تفرجگاه باباامان، هتل، نانوایی، رستوران و بوفه، جای پارک، نمایشگاه‌های فصلی، مجتمع اقامتی، باشگاه پینت‌بال، مسجد و سینمای شش‌بعدی دارد.
چشمه باباامان
چشمه‌هایی در مرکز و اطراف تفرجگاه میجوشند. یکی از چشمه‌های این تفرجگاه، چشمه بابا امان نام دارد که از نوع آبهای معدنی محسوب می‌شود و ۳۰۰ الی ۴۰۰ لیتر در ثانیه دبی دارد. اب این چشمه از چهار نقطه درون تپه‌ای می‌جوشد و به درون استخرهایی می‌ریزد که با اختلاف سطح ساخته شده‌است. آب این چشمه‌ها جزو دسته آبهای سولفاته کلسیک و سدیک هست و مصرف آن صفرا آور، ملین و تسهیل‌کننده اعمال گوارشی و دافع سموم است.
پارک جنگلی و منطقه حفاظت شده پردیسان
در بخش غربی بابا امان، حیات وحشی به اسم پردیسان و به مساحت 350 هکتار وجود دارد. در پارک پردیسان حیواناتی نظیر گوزن زرد،گوسفند وحشی اوریال ،قوچ کوهی و آهو در حال تکثیر هستند. می‌توانید به فضای اختصاصی حیات وحش بروید و از نزدیک این حیوانات را تماشا کنید.
پوشش گیاهی این پارک ۲۵۰ هکتار را از آن خود کرده است.
تفرجگاه بابا امان با داشتن پارک جنگلی که در حدود ۴۰۰ هزار اصله درخت دارد از خاطره‌انگیزترین و تماشایی‌ترین نقاط طبیعی محسوب می‌شود. وقتی در گردشگاه بابا امان قدم می‌زنید، از دیدن تنوع درختانی همچون اقاقیا، چنار، زالزالک، بید، کنارک و زردآلو حیرت‌زده می‌شوید. درختان آن بعضاً قدمتی ۴۰۰ساله دارند.

Zavaram village is located 28 km southwest of Shirvan in North Khorasan. Many people know this village as Paradise Valley. Zavaram is one of the mountainous areas and places of interest in North Khorasan.
Zavaram village can be considered as a lost paradise of North Khorasan in the true sense of the word. This village has unique natural attractions. Fortunately, my pilgrimage is a lesser known natural area. The natural texture of this village has not been damaged due to the influx of tourists and the traditional lifestyle of the people is still alive and well.
In the village of Zavaram, there is a beautiful river with clear and roaring water. This spectacular river originates from the mountains of the world of Arghian called Takht Mirza. Zavaram river is one of the most important factors in the greenery and development of the village

Details of Vakilabad Park in Mashhad
One of the vast and old parks of Mashhad is Vakilabad Forest Park, which is located eight kilometers northwest of Mashhad. Vakil Abad wide and beautiful boulevard connects Azadi Square to Vakil Abad Forest Park.
Vakilabad has long been considered by city dwellers and travelers due to its antiquity and abundance of pine, sycamore, cypress and cypress trees in a clear and pleasant valley, as well as the numerous streams that flow in it.
History of Vakilabad Park in Mashhad
Haj Hussein Agha Malek, the son of Haj Kazem Malek al-Tajjar, although not as politically famous as his father, was able to immortalize his name with his grace and literature, as well as his endowment of exquisite property and valuable library to the Iranian people. His donated lands and endowments, which are mainly located in Tehran and Khorasan, especially the city of Mashhad, are: Saba Garden in Tehran, Malek Shahr Rey Palace, Vakilabad Garden and Mashhad National Garden, lands donated to Mashhad educators, Chenaran hospitals and Torbat-e-Jam (and their endowments), and his house on Imam Khomeini Street, which has recently been donated to cultural heritage, have been renovated and become a center for the creation and research of traditional arts.
Vakilabad Park, which has an area of 259,659 square meters, is irrigated with aqueduct water. The municipality has been able to increase the park's attractions by constructing streets, paving, flooring, waterfronts, electricity, temporary residences, a zoo, children's playgrounds and a restaurant-café.
No dried trees in Vakilabad Park remain fruitless, and the Municipality of Mashhad, District 9, in a creative move, instead of uprooting and burning the dried trees, cut them down and made a beautiful statue of Kaveh Ahangar, the seventh Iranian tower in the Persian Gulf, with the help of tasteful artists. It is a statue of Kaveh Ahangar. In the corner of the park, we see beautiful sculptures of bustling dwarfs, horses or old-fashioned plates, which provide a great space for photography. Jago 283| Arriving in Mashhad, Iran's Second Largest City
On the 151st day, after 5 months of leaving Jakarta, I finally arrived in the Middle East, specifically in Iran.
From Herat, Afghanistan, it turned out there is a cross-border taxi that could take us directly to Mashhad, the 2nd largest city in Iran. The distance between the two cities is 380 kilometers and the taxi costs only 1500 Afghani ($20) per person.
Passengers were picked up at the hotel and taken to the Kabul Karavan Hotak office to register and purchase tickets. In front of it there was a money changer to exchange Afghanis for Rials at a fairly competitive rate.
After the taxi was full (up to 4 passengers), we finally left Herat in a fairly comfortable taxi.
The journey was relatively smooth across asphalt roads with views of the desert and traditional Afghan housing. On the Afghan side we stopped once to buy snacks. I bought fries wrapped in a tortilla, my favorite Afghan snack.
The journey to Islam Qala, a border town, took less than 2 hours. At immigration, the taxi driver facilitated passengers to pass quickly.
As a result, I passed through the immigration in just an hour and managed to enter Iran smoothly. I heard of cases where people needed to spend up to 5 hours at the border.
On the Iranian side, the road was very smooth and wide. We passed several small towns such as Taybad, Torbat-e-Jam and Fariman. The car stopped once at Torbat-e-Jam for a Persian lunch.
The total travel time to Mashhad Terminal was around 7 hours. (See the previous video for the cross-border trip).
Tomorrow I planned to continue touring Mashhad, the spiritual capital of Iran.

Jago 282| Crossing the Afghan-Iran Land Border: From Herat, Afghanistan, to Mashhad, Iran

This was my last day in Afghanistan after half a month of adventuring there.

Imamzadeh Yaser Naser is located in Golestan village, located 5 km west of Mashhad (route from Mashhad to Torqabeh). Imamzadeh Yaser Naser is the second most visited shrine of travelers in Mashhad after Imam Reza shrine. Every year, three million pilgrims visit the shrines of Yasir and Naser, 20% of whom are foreign pilgrims. Most foreign pilgrims come from Arab countries and the Persian Gulf. The current area of this complex is one thousand square meters. The Arabs of Iraq as well as the countries of the Persian Gulf have a special devotion to these two great Imamzadehs.

Iran Virtual Tour, A Renovated Old Garden and National Heritage Site in Tehran, Mostowfi ol Mamalek.
The mansion of Mostofi-ol Mamalek is a 125-year-old Qajar building which somehow represents the contemporary history of Iran.
The house was constructed around the end of Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar’s reign in 1311 AH. It is located at the intersection of Galobandak, Pass of Mostofi, downtown Tehran.
The mansion has been the residence and workplace of Mirza Hassan Khan Mostofi-ol Mamalek, a noble statesman during Qajar and Pahlavi eras; and one of the most prominent figures in the contemporary history of Iran. He was the son of Mirza Yusof Mostofi Ashtiani, the Prime Minister of Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar.
It has been called the “political house” of Tehran because the first Iranian constitutional cabinet was formed there.
The house of Mostofi-ol Mamalek has retained its original shape as it hasn’t been restored up to this day; so it is different from other old houses of Tehran.

Formerly referred to as the Qasr Prison (زندان قصر zendān-e qasr, Mansion prison), it was one of the oldest political prisons in Iran, which is now a museum complex surrounded by a public park.
Qasr was originally built in 1790 as a palace with extensive gardens of which nothing but the names remain, in the reign of Fath-ali Shah of the Qajar Dynasty. In 1929 it was repurposed as a prison, the first modern detention center in the country, in which prisoners had legal rights. Nikolai Markov, a Georgian architect who settled in Iran after the Russian Revolution, did the rebuild, combining urban industrial design with traditional Iranian features such as adobe bricks, which became known as Markovian bricks.
