If you are from Cebu City take a Jeepney/Bus in going to Mactan New Town. There you can find eskina Angasil Tricycle/Habal2 Terminal (20per head fare)
in going to the ANGASIL PORT.
🌴 Olango Island is only about 8-10mins. Fastcraft ride from Angasil Port. Fare is P30.
– Once you arrived at the port, look for the ticket booth of TRANS-OLANGO SHIPPING -(naa sa tumoy sa pantalan) in going to Olango Island.

The Olango Group of Islands is found in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines. It comprises Olango island and 6 satellite islets namely: Caubian, Camungi, Caohagan, Gilutongan, Nalusuan, Pangan-an, and Sulpa. It is divided under the jurisdiction of the city of Lapu-Lapu and the municipality of Cordova, Cebu. It is known for its wildlife sanctuary. There are also marine sanctuaries and resorts on the island but I intentionally didn't visit them yet so I will have more to look forward to when I return because I surely will.

How to get there:
If you are driving, from Cebu City you can ride a transport or jeepney going Mactan Newtown, at that point bounce on a tricycle going to Angasil port. There is a fastcraft and bangka that you can ride hourly from 8am-8pm the other way around, toll is at Php30.
If utilizing a private utility and need to get it the Island, you can ride a roro in punta engaño port adjacent to movenpick inn, admission is Php150 for motor bike including the rider as of now and aditional Php20 just on the off chance that you have a backride. Travel time is around 45minutes.

• Outside food is permitted. However, the administration requires the guests to bring home and arrange their trash appropriately. Visitors are urged to bring their own garbage sack.
• Loud music in the sea shore or tents region isn't permitted.
While getting a charge out of the camp, make sure to notice the posted standards. Wear your Facemask consistently. Kindly don't leave garbage on the ground. We are for the most part liable for keeping our sea shore clean. Dumpsters are situated at the passageway for waste removals.

Day 2 on our 2019 Cebu Trip - We headed at the Cordova port for an island hopping activity where we met Kuya Rico, our tour coordinator. There were 3 islands included in our itinerary. Our first destination was at the Olango Fish Sanctuary. We rented snorkeling gears and explored the water. I enjoyed the activity as I saw a lot fishes. Our next stop was at the Caohagan Island where we had our lunch. The water there was so clear and the sand is white.

BANTAYAN ISLAND: FOUND A NEW CAMPSITE ON THE MOUNTAIN TOP + GOOD COMPANY!
I never thought of Bantayan Island having a campsite (on the mountain top) not until when we went up there and gone camping! It was therapeutic and wholesome experience with new found friends. We (new friends) tend to get along easily because we have same passion. They were even well-prepared and have complete camping essentials/gears than me.💛
I am so thankful to them for having me because the last time I went camping literally on the mountain top was last January 2020 at Mt. Pulag via Akiki traversed Amabangeg trail. I've never felt so calm & adventurous at the same time! It's good to be back! 💚

So what is the latest in Mantayupan falls? Is there any increase in some fees and are there any restrictions we have to follow? This vlog will show you on what to expect before going to the waterfall. Watch until the end to see bonus clips.
Exploring the waterfalls of Cebu is one of my past times that will always make me feel accomplished. One of the waterfalls that really amazed me is Mantayupan Falls in the Southern town of Cebu called Barili. The town is is two hours and a half away from Cebu City.
You can definitely go to the waterfall either through private vehicle or a bus ride. If you will be going there through bus, take the bus from Cebu South Bus Terminal. The bus route is Bato-Barili. Hop off at the bus stop in Shamrock, Barili. From there you can take a motorcycle ride going directly to the waterfall. The road is already developed. So you do not worry if you will get lost.
