Taicang, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, is under the administration of Suzhou City, located in southeastern Jiangsu Province, on the south bank of the Yangtze River estuary, between 31°20′-31°45′ N latitude and 120°58′-121°20′ E longitude. It is bordered by the Yangtze River to the east, and Chongming Island to the other side of the river, Baoshan District and Jiading District of Shanghai to the south, Kunshan City to the west, and Changshu City to the north. The total area is 809.93 square kilometers. Taicang City belongs to the humid climate zone in the southern part of the northern subtropics, which is characterized by abundant light, four distinct seasons, warm and cold in spring and autumn, hot and rainy in summer, and cold and little rain in winter. As of April 2020, Taicang has 6 towns, 2 streets and 1 economic development zone under its jurisdiction. The municipal government is located in Lou Dong Street, No. 99, County Palace East Street. According to the data of the seventh national census, as of November 1, 2020, the resident population of Taicang was 831,113, accounting for 6.52% of Suzhou City.
Taicang Prefecture was established in the tenth year of Hongzhi in Ming Dynasty (1497); in the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it was named Taicang County; in March 1993, the county was abolished and Taicang City was established. In Taicang, there are such tourist attractions as Jincang Lake National Water Conservancy Scenic Area, Taicang Modern Agricultural Park, Taicang Shaxi Ancient Town and Trap Mountain Park. It was awarded the honorary titles of Hometown of Chinese Folk Culture and Arts in 2018-2020, National Sanitary City (District), Demonstration City of Healthy City Construction in 2018, the fourth batch of National Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration Cities and Counties, and National Model City (County) of Double Support.

每逢周日上午，一周一次的滁州大集都会如期在安徽省滁州市花鸟鱼虫市场内外举行，当地人亲切地称之为“狗市”，市场外的紫薇中路也会在周日上午封闭，不再通行机动车，为集市让路。
滁州大集汇集了约2000家商户，吸引数万市民前来赶集，市场内人头攒动，热闹非凡。商品种类繁多，应有尽有，从瓜果蔬菜、肉食生鲜、美食小吃、衣服鞋帽到日常用品，这里都一应俱全，足以满足每一位购物者的需求。
市场的美食更是一大亮点，各种地道小吃让人垂涎欲滴。紫米蒸饭、手抓饼、萧县卷凉皮、手工麦芽糖、龙子粥、韭菜饼、煎饼、千里香馄饨、卤肉、玉米饼、西米露等等，让人大饱口福。
不仅上了年纪的老滁州人经常来逛，集市上也活跃着众多年轻人的身影，滁州大集不仅是一个购物的好去处，更是一处展示滁州人间烟火气与集市传统的地方。市场的热闹氛围和丰富多样的商品也吸引着许多游客前来体验，让这里成为了一道靓丽的风景线。

距离烟台市政府仅2公里的凤凰山大集是一座热闹繁华的城区大集。每逢农历2和7，这里都会吸引很多顾客前来购物和品尝美食，如织的人流让集市上充满了欢声笑语。
在凤凰山大集，您可以品尝到各种现做现卖的美食。油炸的咸鱼配上“片片”，以及虾酱和萝卜粉丝馅儿的玉米饼子，是非常有烟台特色的民间小吃，深受当地人的喜爱。炸面鱼也是烟台地区的特色美食，发面制成的面鱼油炸之后外酥内软，散发着诱人的油香，配上一碗热腾腾的滑爽豆腐脑，这样的早餐简直绝了。江米果子也是大集美食的一个亮点，长达80多厘米的江米果子用花生油炸制而成，外酥内软，暄软可口。手抓饼是另一道必尝的美食，咸香可口的手抓饼层次分明，油香扑鼻。来自千年古镇江苏黄桥的烧饼则以其金黄的外表，酥脆的口感赢得了当地人的喜爱，成为市场上最受欢迎的面食之一。集市上还有口福饼、熏鸡、脂渣、炒焖子等花样繁多的美食可供选择。
丰富的食材是吸引顾客造访这个大集的另一个重要原因。现做现卖的黄豆豆沫，既可以制作成小豆腐，又可以炸成香喷喷的丸子，甚至还可以蒸成片片吃。蔬菜摊上则摆满了诸如香椿芽、养颜菜、茴香等各种时鲜蔬菜，更有海阳产的西红柿，开沙味甜，非常有西红柿味儿，让人一口回忆起童年的味道。烟台长岛产的牡蛎、金钩海米、皮皮虾、蛎虾、虾皮等干鲜海货应有尽有，耙耙柑、草莓、蓝莓、苹果等水果琳琅满目。一句话，没有人能够空着手走出凤凰山大集。

Dongtai City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, is located in the middle of the coast of Jiangsu Province and the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta, between 120°07′ and 120°53′ East longitude and 32°33′ and 32°57′ North latitude, with a total area of 3,175.67 square kilometers. Dongtai city has a subtropical monsoonal maritime climate. As of 2019, Dongtai City has 14 towns and another 6 township-level units under its jurisdiction, with the municipal government located in Dongtai Town. According to the data of the seventh census, as of November 1, 2020, Dongtai has a resident population of 888,410.
Dongtai was known as Yan in ancient times, also known as Xixi and Dongting, etc. In 1987, the State Council approved the abolition of Dongtai as a county and the establishment of a city (at the county level). Dongtai has two railway stations, Dongtai Station (passenger and freight) and Fu'an Station (freight), and has been famous for producing salt since ancient times. Most of the people in Dongtai belong to the Jiangzhe people. Dongtai is a national garden city and an excellent tourist city in China, and since 2019, it has been awarded the titles of 2019 National Top 100 Counties and Cities for Comprehensive Strength and 2019 National Top 100 Counties and Cities for Green Development [3]. Dongtai City has a long history, with scenic spots such as Guoguo Zen Temple, Midas Temple, Yellow Sea Forest Park, and Dong Yong Seven Fairy Cultural Park. Among them, the legend of Dong Yong is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.

Yancheng, a prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province, is one of the 27 cities in the central region of the Yangtze River Delta. [It is located in the eastern coast of China, in the middle of Jiangsu Province, bordering the Yellow Sea to the east, Nantong to the south, Yangzhou and Taizhou to the southwest, Huai'an to the northwest, and Lianyungang to the north across the irrigation river. Yancheng has a total land area of 16,931 square kilometers, including 4,553 square kilometers of coastal mudflats. Yancheng has the only World Natural Heritage Site in Jiangsu, which is the habitat of migratory birds in the Yellow (Bohai) Sea of China. According to the seventh national census, Yancheng has a resident population of 67,096,629 as of 00:00 on November 1, 2020. In 2021, Yancheng City achieves a regional GDP of RMB 661.739 billion.
Yancheng has convenient transportation by land, sea and air, and has basically formed a three-dimensional transportation network with five points: highway, railroad, air, sea and inland river shipping. Nanyang International Airport, Yancheng Port Dafeng Port, Binhai Port, Sheyang Port, and Ringshui Port have become the first class open ports of the country, and Yancheng City has become a prefecture-level city with two first class open ports of airports and seaports.
Meng Family in Taixing - Explore Ancient City in Jiangsu China
After the Covid-19 quarantine ended in China, I travelled to Taixing, Jiangsu province in China with my family. A lot of scenic places were visited and loads of delicious food was eaten. Making wishes in the thousand years old Qinyun Temple, talking to friendly residents of the ancient Huangqiao town, strolling down miles long Ginkgo forest, tasting famous Huangqiao pancake and fish wonton. It is amazing how a city i have never heard of has so much to offer. I hope this short video gives you a taste of how wonderful my trip was :D

郎辛庄大集位于北京东五环外的郎辛庄便民市集院内，这里每逢农历尾号二、五、七、十的日子里都有大集。这里乘坐地铁很方便，因此每个月12次集市吸引了很多北京城区的市民过来体味小时候去农村赶集的乐趣。
这个大集上保留了很多老北京的传统，比如冬季里的鸣虫蝈蝈儿，还有绿豆做的一种叫做“饹炸饸”的小吃，小时候吃的零嘴儿炒黑豆、开花蚕豆，以及北京随处可以见到的卤煮火烧。
