TOP 10 PLACES TO VISIT ON THE OREGON COAST - 4K TRAVEL GUIDE
I grew up on The Oregon Coast north of Cannon Beach and south of Astoria in one of the best beach towsn of Seaside, Oregon, and its easily one of my favorite places in the whole world and is home to some of the most dramatic and beautiful coasts on earth from the giant sand dunes to the offshore rock stacks - it has it all. Since I grew up in Seaside and Cannon Beach (northern), I figured I would make this travel guide for exploring the Oregon Coast is very special to me. The Oregon Coast is part of the 7 wonders of Oregon, and even though I am biased, I think it's the best one ;) I've driven every mile of HWY 101 from California to Washington and I wish that I had explored more of every beach, rock stack hike along the Whole coastline, but I will travel Oregon for the rest of my life. There are many places to visit along the Oregon Coast, but so much conflicting information. This travel guide in 4K is an overview of my top 10 Places & Cities to visit along the whole Oregon Coast.

MOST BEAUTIFUL TOWNS IN COLORADO: Best Places to Visit in CO | Prettiest Mountain Cities to Travel
In today’s video I’m taking a look at the most beautiful towns in Colorado and the prettiest places to visit. The vast Rocky Mountains draw in visitors looking for a laidback vacation with amazing culture and attractions.
Enjoy a jam-packed day in one of the national parks or ski at one of the largest resorts in the country. Whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed as each of these towns offers stunning views and one-of-a-kind scenery.
Some of the towns on this list are lesser known and include some hidden gems. As a local, I go off the tourist path to find some unique and scenic towns to visit and with little tourist crowds.
From skiing and snowboarding in the winter to hiking, and camping in the summer, outdoor activities are a way of life in Colorado. The Centennial State is an ideal travel destination and one of the best places to visit for outdoor pursuits in every season.

❓Did you know there’s ‘wetlands’ in Death Valley!? And these dunes nearby it?!
⛔️Always Leave NO Trace (see the info below for specifics in this area as well) ⛔️
💦 Saratoga Spring:
•This is a day-use only area and no camping is allowed here!
• It’s actually been there for many, many years and it is spring fed lake / wetland / pond system from the underground aquifer (it’s not there because of the recent rains, in case any one is wondering).
•It is home to pup fish which are only found in these springs systems!
•Going into the water or taking / using any of the water is NOT ALLOWED and is damaging to this fragile ecosystem.
•It’s a very short hike from the end of the road where there’s a small parking area and informational signage.
🏜 Ibex Dunes:
•Taller than Mesquite Flat Dunes (and overall more impressive IMO).
•There’s an abandoned Talc Mine on the eastern side of the dunes
•Boon-docking / camping alongside the road (across the basin from the dunes) is allowed. However, it is prohibited to drive off-road here!
•There are NO restrooms, water etc of any kind here! You MUST come in prepared! It is PRIMITIVE and REMOTE, folks. And absolutely pack out ALL of your trash and waste!!!
•However, we did have very good AT&T cell service and 4G (most often, 5G)!
🗺 How to get there:
•There are two routes in. Google maps will try to take you the rougher route. Don’t recommend this route for most!
•Take the route outlined in this reel via Saratoga Spring Road. Coming from the small town of Shoshone, you’ll make a right onto a dirt road after the little Dumont Dunes OHV area.
•The dirt road is over 10 miles long and very wash-boardy / bumpy! But, it was not the worst road in DV whatsoever.
•Do recommend having 4WD/AWD as the conditions can change (especially if staying overnight or a couple nights).

I’ve visited and explored this amazing (and huge) national park 4x over the past years - there’s so much wild beauty to see! Here are 10 of my personal favorite, must-see spots in Death Valley National Park…

Of course, there’s SO much more to see (could spend months to years exploring here), but this guide is a great starting point to help in planning your trip! Like I said in the video, Death Valley is the largest national park in the lower 48!
✨ For your first visit, I recommend at least giving yourself 3 full days (but highly suggest more if you’re able to)!
🏠 ⛺️ Where to stay? I love staying at Stovepipe Wells! There’s a motel, campground and rv sites (with full-hookups). It’s right beside Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes - which is perfect for sunrise - and has its own restaurant, tavern, general store and gas station. There’s also a swimming pool for guests.
🗓 Best time to go? Highly recommend the winter season - early spring (or late fall). The summer months are extremely hot (it’s the hottest place on earth, folks) and can be miserable.
