King Jam Tamachi was a Samo ruler of lower Sind. Asthi Visarjan is a last rite/ritual being performed by the Hindus, to provide salvation or moksha to the departed soul of their loved ones.
The ashes of the dead ones are being immersed over the holy river the Ganges to provide salvation & the Teerth purohits or pandas(priest) perform a poojan to immerse the ashes over the holy river in teerth sthals i.e Kashi, Prayag, Haridwar, Gaya & Garh Mukteshwar.
It is believed that the soul of the person cannot get Salvation “Mukti” until his/her Asthi and Ash are poured in Holy river.
The dispersion or immersion of the deceased’s ashes is traditionally done at certain locations throughout India. The ashes and bones are typically placed in sacred rivers or the sea, with the Ganga River being the most popular option.
It is the holiest river, and it is also linked to the salvation process, with stories claiming that she descends to earth was caused by Bhagirath’s meditation, which he conducted to bring peace and salvation to his ancestors’ spirits.

Soron Shukar Kshetra Railway Station , Kasganj
Soron Shookar Kshetra is a city and a municipal board in Kasganj district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Many Pilgrims gather here on each Amavasya., Somvati Amavasya, Deepawali, Sharad-Poornima, Makar Sankranti and Ramanavami are special occasions for such gatherings, celebrations and taking a bath in Holy river Ganga.
Once located on the bank of river Ganges, Soron now lies about 10 km from the present course of the river. It boasts of its location being almost the same distance from Agra, Khair, Aligarh, Bareilly & Mathura. There is a sacred kund (also known as HAR KI PAUDI)located in Soron where people drown the remains of their deceased family members. It is said that if human ash-bones are left in this kund, they dissolve and disappear over a period of time believed to be 72 hours.
There are so many temples and other holy places in this city that it will take a longtime to cover all. Some of them are Someshwar Mahadev, Manas Mandir, Parshuram Mandir, Barah Bhagwan Mandir, Syam Barah Mandir, Raghunathji Mandir, Bhuteshwar Mahadev, Batuknath Mandir, and Shri Ganga Mata Teli Wala Mandir.
In the months of October and November, Soron plays host to an animal fair. All types of animals are traded. Best breeds of Horses and Camels are displayed and auctioned. It is a colourful event lasting for up to a month. In the month of December, Soron hosts a fair named Margshirsh Ekadashi mela. This fair is very famous and many people come to enjoy it. During the fair people also enjoy taking baths in the holy HAR KI PAUDI.

5 Good Breakfast places in Agra | India: Bedhai puri, kachori & Jalebi EP 2
Residents of Agra prefer 3 things in breakfast: Bedhai puri, Kachori and Jalebi. I also noticed some places where people were having Sweet lassi in breakfast along with Bedhai puri.

Bedai puri is made with filling of urad dal, food joints put little curd on alloo ki sabzi that adds some flavour to the combination. I spent 6 days at Agra, ended up having 5 breakfast meals out of hotel. Details of places visited by me are given below.
1.Deviram: Pratappura crossing, Rakabganj, Agra
Famous for breakfast of Bedhai puri and lassi.

2. Sattolala Kachori wale: Famous for sweets and Bedhai puri in breakfast. I had Bedhai puri and jalebi in breakfast at this place.

3. Bhagat Halwai & sons: Famous sweets shop at Dayal bagh road. Serves breakfast of Bedhai puri with alloo ki sabzi and sitafal.

4. Munna lal Mithai wale:
Address: 29/156, Fatak namak mandi, Agra.
