Directly next to the kite capital of China in Weifang, lies Shouguang, the vegetable capital of China. In Shouguang one can find almost any vegetable of any kind that is grown in China. The newest advances in modern agriculture technology and experimentation are also researched here. Shouguang is truly a hidden treasure, filled with statues made of vegetables and beautiful displays of nutritious colors. Here, the face of CR introduces one of the new discoveries we found in Shouguang, the stalactite pumpkin.

即使在滴水成冰的凌冬天气里，哈尔滨赶早市的摊主们仍然早早出现在街市上。每天，这个与松花江一路之隔的早市都会随着太阳的升起而变得越来越热闹。这里有全哈尔滨最便宜的卤水大豆腐，很值得一清早就跑过来排队购买；四合面饼子香喷喷的，一锅48个怎么够四邻八舍的爱好者们分的？即便一锅一锅又一锅不停的烀，摊位前的队伍依然不见缩短。深海红魔巨大的腕足冻得像石头一样，金灿灿的豆腐泡在寒风中热腾腾的出锅，“老婆脚”到底是什么海鲜？地上仍然铺冰盖雪，天气还是阴沉湿冷，但早市热闹轻松的气氛却让每个人心里都热乎乎的，这就是生活本身该有的样子。

I travelled in China from Hangzhou to Guangzhou, for a project meeting.China southern Airlines was the carrier and their economy class seat was excellent..I informed my AVML requirementsto the airhostess just as the plane was about to start.They burst into laughter and served the first meal to me!!.To my surprise it wasn't canned fruits as i expected ,(because of the meal request in rhe last minute ).But I had a hearty meal of boiled rice with a wonderful vegetable gravy..Can someone point out the name of this green coloured, pine cone shaped vegetable, held in my spoon?..Its one of the most delicious veggies, i've ever tasted in my life..Is itt availble in Australia?!
Visited Yangling Hi-tech Agriculture demonstration zone| SCO cooperation| #modern agriculture
Yangling, an agricultural hi-tech industrial demonstration zone in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, has become a new platform for cooperation in agricultural technology and talent among the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).Covering an area of about 135 square km, Yangling is located about 80 km to the west of Shaanxi's capital, Xi'an, where the ancient Silk Road started. The zone has witnessed deepening agricultural cooperation under the SCO framework over recent years.An SCO training and demonstration base for agricultural technology exchange was officially unveiled during the five-day fair. A ministerial-level conference of agriculture ministers from the member states and a round-table symposium on the development of modern agriculture in these states were also held, according to the organizers.
Several modern agricultural research and technology promotion and application platforms will be gradually established in the demonstration zone, benefiting SCO countries, according to the administrative committee of the demonstration zone. Meanwhile, as of 2019, Northwest A&F University in Shaanxi has trained 286 students from SCO member states in more than 50 majors, such as crop genetics and breeding. Yangling has also helped the SCO member states to build modern agricultural demonstration zones thanks to its advanced agricultural science, education and training resources.
In the China-Kazakhstan Modern Agriculture Innovation Park, a 200-hectare agriculture park in Kazakhstan's Almaty region, experts from Yangling have planted 24 varieties of crops, including wheat, corn, soybeans and nursery-grown plant, which helped enrich the local planting models.

It's heavy snowfall and freezing cold temperatures. Temperatures have dropped down to minus 40 degrees
Fahrenheit (minus 40 degrees Celsius) in eastern Inner Mongolia, northern Xinjiang and the Arctic reaches of
northeast China. (Mohe, in northeast China, holds China's record low temperature of minus 62.1 F, or minus 52.3 C,

这次带大家逛的是山东省的乐天大集，每逢农历一、三、六、八是赶大集的日子这个山东大集的位置在济南市长清区大学路乐天小区，附近就是大学生的聚集地，济南大学科技园，又称长清大学城，主体位于山东省济南市长清区崮云湖街道，是济南市西部的一处大学城和科技园。截止到2020年，济南大学科技园共有14所大学入驻，以本科以及本科以上层次学校为主。大学城距离大集位置只有几公里的距离，所以赶大集的大学生们也非常多。大集上的美食也超级多，香酥可口的酱香饼，手工制作的凉皮，口味巨多的吊炉烧饼，绿豆萝卜丸子。
