4 Days in Madeira, Portugal Island | WOW The Hawaii of Europe
Join us for 4 days in Madeira, an island in Portugal, which is a 2 hours flight from Lisbon. We visit Funchal, the islands capital, the local farmers market, some stunning botanical and tropical gardens, ride the cable car, and go on two beautiful hikes. One across a bunch of waterfalls known as PR6 - Levada das 25 Fontes and the other, known as PR1 - Pico do Arieiro, a hike which is best seen at sunrise. Also in this video, I cover a bunch of tips for those thinking of visiting - renting a car, hiking information, public transport, and more.

We were based in Funchal for the first 5 nights and from there we explored the capital city with its many gardens, the Eastern part of the island, did a 13km hike starting from Parque Florestal Quiemadas and relaxed in the most beautiful spa in Portugal.
