The Park Hotel Vanga enjoys a quiet location amid the Tsar Samuil Sports Centre at the foot of the Belasica Mountain and offers you an outdoor pool, tennis courts and a restaurant. Free private parking is possible on site.
All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and cable TV. Free WiFi is available in the public areas of the Park Hotel Vanga.
There is also a restaurant in the complex, serving typical Bulgarian cuisine. Spa treatments are also available, including mud treatment water treatment and physiotherapy.

Град Пеtрич впечатлява, както жители на България, така и чужденци, хора, посетили града от цял свят.
Петрич е град в област Благоевград в Югозападна България, разположен в Санданско-Петричката котловина в подножието на планина Беласица в долината на река Струмешница. Според преброяването от 2021 г. градът има население от 26 778 души.
Градът се намира в близост до границите с държавите Северна Македония и Гърция. Граничният пункт към Северна Македония е известен като Ново село-Петрич, тъй като първото селище през границата е Ново село.
Любопитен факт е, че връх Петрич на остров Ливингстън в Южните Шетландски острови, Антарктика е кръстен на Петрич.
В града се провеждат редица мероприятия, като всяка година се провежда велообиколката на планина Беласица, която е дълга около 200 километра.
Град Петрич - климат
Община Петрич, се характеризира с типичен преходно-средиземноморски климат. Тук през цялата година се чувства осезателно топлото беломорско влияние, което нахлува по Струма от юг. Зимата е мека, настъпва късно и е безснежна. Пролетта започва още от началото на март. Лятото е сухо и горещо, а през юли и август максималните температури достигат до 40 – 42°С, а есента е дълга и топла. Средната слънчева радиация е около 2436 часа/год. – най високите стойности за страната. Валежите са средно 700 мм/год. и са предимно от дъжд с главен максимум през ноември-декември. Ветровете обикновено нахлуват по долината на Струма от юг (топли) и север (по-студени), като преобладават тези с южна компонента. Освежаващ ефект през топлото полугодие има планинско-долинният вятър. С увеличаване на надморската височина в Огражден и особено в Беласица средиземноморското влияние постепенно отслабва като в по-високите части се наблюдават типичните черти на планинския климат: кратко и прохладно лято и студена зима.

Samouil's Fortress, within driving distance of Petrich, Bulgaria

This monument is between Petrich and board of Magedonia in Bulgaria. Here is view to Magedonia, to Greece and to Bulgaria.
Samuelin linnoitus on muistomerkki, josta on näköala Magedoniaan, Kreikkaan ja Bulgariaan. Samuel oli Bulgarian tsaari vuosina 997 - 1014. Monumentti on kunnianosoitus 14000 miehelle, jotka joutuivat vangiksi bysanteille. Bysantin hallitsija määräsi sokaista sotilaat, mutta säästää joka sadannen miehen vasemman silmän. Näin he saivat ohjata miehet kotiin.

Bulgaria is blessed with a number of picturesque locations scattered across the country. One of them is the Rupite area at the foot of an extinct volcano in southwestern Bulgaria. The area has been known for its healing mineral water springs since the times of the Roman Empire.
This area of Rupite is shrouded in a mystical aura. This is the place where world-famous Bulgarian clairvoyant Baba Vanga spent the last years of her life. Many visitors say they feel the place is charged with special energy and that upon leaving they feel reassured and charged with faith.
In 1994, Baba Vanga financed a project to build a church named after St. Petka near her home. Many people come here to light a candle in the church and take a look at Baba Vanga's house, which has been turned into a museum.
