City in Italy
Montesilvano is a city and comune of the province of Pescara in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Abruzzo often called Mare-Monti region. The name Montesilvano is apparently derived from the Latin which means woody hill.
The city is located on the Adriatic Sea and offers a wide choice of accommodation ( numerous hotels on the beach, rental flats, B&B) and entertainment both for Italian and foreign tourists. Famous also for its long, flat sandy beach where on September 7, 2019, 30,000 fans attended the Jova Beach Party. Italy's best kept secret, Abruzzo
I wanted to show you a special place in my heart in Italy, that not many tourists from North America let alone anywhere really venture off to, the region of Abruzzo. The region of Abruzzo is truly undiscovered and I hope this video sheds some light on it as it really deserves to get far more recognition as a place to visit in Italy.
This film will show you the many incredible things about the region of Abruzzo, from the incredible local delicacies like Arrosticini, a staple of the region, to trying some good albeit very strange food on a Trabboci on the coast of the Adriatic and tasting some of the local Montepulciano wines.
Called the green lung of Italy, most of Abruzzo is covered in National Parks and they are some of the most incredible you will ever see! Besides exploring the many national parks at your disposal, another one of my favourite things to do in Abruzzo is explore the many mediavel villages, with such untouched beauty that you feel as though you've stepped back in time.
I hope that you enjoy this video and make sure to LIKE the video, it really does make a huge difference and SUBSCRIBE!

Chieti, Italy | Chieti, One of The Most Ancient Italian Cities
Chieti is a city and comune (municipality) in Central Italy, the capital of the province of Chieti in the Abruzzo region. Located about 10 kilometers away from the Adriatic Sea, and with the Majella and Gran Sasso mountains in the background, Chieti is among the most ancient of Italian cities. It is divided into two parts. Chieti Alta (“Upper Chieti”), located on a hill, 300 meters in elevation on the sea level, overlooking the Pescara and Alento rivers, which includes the old town, with its various historic remains. The second part, named Chieti Scalo, is the commercial and industrial area, which has developed thanks to the Chieti railway station along the ancient layout of Via Tiburtina, in the valley of the Pescara river.
