Top 10 best small towns in Pennsylvania. #1 is perfect for families.
Pennsylvania is one of the greatest states in this country. With beautiful rivers, forests, and people.
Back in 2015 I visited Honesdale, Pennsylvania, and fell in love. So much so I now own land in that area. If you are looking to buy a home in a small town I would look in Pennsylvania and talk to a realtor.
If you have never visited Pennsylvania I would encourage you to do so. You will thank me for it.
Do you need a local Realtor for the area you want to move to?
I have teamed up with HomeAndMoney.com to help you find one that suits your needs.

A ride through Penn Yan, New York on Liberty, Main, East Elm and Elm Streets.
Keuka Outlet Trail, Penn Yan to Dresden NY
On our vacation we hit several trails. The Chautauqua and Genesee we didn't care much for. The Keuka Outlet was an accidental find for us and we really enjoyed it. Come along. Let's go for a ride.
The Village of Penn Yan
The Village of Penn Yan is situated at the North end of Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. It is a beautiful and quaint Village with a rich history and a beautiful lake setting. Truly a worthwhile visit!

On the Road With LakeFront Mary - Downtown Penn Yan, New York
Watch as Mary St. George, the Lakefront Specialist for the Finger Lakes Region of New York, working with Lake Homes Realty, a Nationally Recognized company explores downtown Penn Yan, visiting and supporting local businesses, like Sabrina's Bake Shoppe (a mouthwatering shop of bake goods and delights) and Long's Card Shop (That supplies our community with everything from cards to books to office supplies). Local businesses are the core of every successful community. Even with all the internet shopping available to us today there is nothing that can replace strolling through town, having relationships with people in a community, and being able to look at, touch and decide what to buy. Not to mention, that local shops tend to carry things that you won't find at the local big box stores. So take a stroll with Mary as she takes you on a tour of Penn Yan, NY, the county seat, on the north end of Keuka Lake.

3 Days in Upstate New York! #travel #vacation #newyork
Here’s how I spent 3 days in Upstate New York!⬇️
Day 1:
Drove approximately 3.5 hours from Toronto to our first stop, Seneca Falls! Explored this adorable small town that was said to be the inspiration for the Christmas classic, It’s a Wonderful Life!
Next up, Taughannock Falls State Park, home of one of the most beautiful single-drop waterfalls you’ll ever see.
After that, we drove to Ithaca-home of Cornell University! Here we explored Ithaca commons and stopped for lunch. We also checked out Ithaca Falls, just outside of town!
After all of our exploring, we checked into our hotel in Penn Yan to catch some 😴
Day 2:
Spent the morning exploring Watkins Glen State Park. The breathtaking waterfalls and stunning gorges left me speechless!
Next up, we explored a couple more waterfalls! Including Chequaga Falls and Hector Falls🌊
After working up an appetite, we ate lunch at Belhurst Castle in Geneva, NY. We enjoyed a delicious, pub style lunch, at the castles restaurant, Stone Cutter’s Tavern.
We spent the afternoon in Penn Yan, exploring the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail.
Day 3:
Explored the stunning Letchworth State Park. Every turn was a post card worthy moment here and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing views!
After eating lunch at Chilis, it was time to head back home to Toronto!
