Cultural Site of the Han Dynasty Xuzhou China
Liu Bang, first emperor of the Han Dynasty (206 BC−AD 220), was born in Pei County, Xuzhou. At the beginning of the Han Dynasty, Xuzhou became part of the Kingdom of Chu, a principality ruled by relatives of the royal Liu family. Initially, Liu Bang allowed his relatives to rule parts of the country since they were assumed to be the most trustworthy. However, the Kingdom of Chu under third generation ruler Liu Wu rebelled against the central authority during the Rebellion of the Seven Princes and was defeated. His tomb was recently excavated near Xuzhou. Historians maintain that in the ancient capital and trade center of Pengcheng (Xuzhou) one can find the earliest reliable evidence of the presence of Buddhism in China.
HOW TO GO TO DAPENG FORTRESS / DAPENG ANCIENT CITY, SHENZHEN, CHINA 🇨🇳
Dapeng Fortress or Dapeng Ancient City (pronounced as Tha-Peng) is located at Pengcheng Village, Dapeng Town. This city was built during the Ming Dynasty around 1394 to serve as a naval base to counter pirates coming from the South China Sea. There are three main roads in Dapeng Town in Shenzen: the East Gate Street, South Gate Street and Main Street. A series of gates serve as the entrance to the city.

As of 2021, Xuzhou has five municipal districts, three counties, and two county-level cities under its jurisdiction, with a total area of 11,258 km2 and a resident population of 9,028,500. 2021, Xuzhou's gross regional product is 811.744 billion yuan.
Xuzhou is located in the southeast of the North China Plain and northwest of Jiangsu Province, with the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal passing through the territory and the Longhai Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai Railway intersecting here, known as the thoroughfare of the five provinces. Xuzhou is an important gateway city in East China, an important economic, scientific and educational, cultural, financial, medical and foreign trade center in East China, an important node city in the national One Belt and One Road, a sub-center city in the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta, a core city in the Xuzhou metropolitan area, and an international new energy base. The city is also known as the capital of construction machinery in China.
At the end of primitive society, Pengzu built the state of Dapeng in the time of Emperor Yao, which was the first city in Jiangsu. Historically, Xuzhou is one of the nine states of China, and has been the key to the north, the gateway to the south, a place of contention for soldiers and a center for merchants and traders since ancient times, as well as the political, economic and cultural center of the Huaihai region. With a civilization history of over 6,000 years and a city history of 2,600 years, Xuzhou is the hometown of emperors and kings, and it is said that the emperors of nine dynasties are from Xuzhou. Xuzhou is the birthplace of Han culture and is known as the homeland of Pengzu, the hometown of Liu Bang, and the former capital of Xiang Yu, and is also known as the Athens of the East because of its rich cultural heritage, famous monuments, and deep historical heritage.
Xuzhou has a temperate monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, and is home to such tourist attractions as Yunlong Lake, Yunlong Mountain, Pengzu Park, Pan'an Lake, and Dalong Lake, as well as such historical figures as Pengzu, Liu Bang, Sun Quan, Liu Yu, and Li Yu. Xuzhou has been awarded the titles of China's Excellent Tourism City, National Civilized City, China's Most Happy City, UN Habitat Award, and National Innovative City.

通常指出土於獅子山漢楚王墓陪葬坑中的西漢彩繪陶兵馬俑，1984年12月於江蘇省徐州市東郊獅子山西麓發現，由徐州博物館清理發掘。1985年原址建立漢兵馬俑博物館。分布於四個俑坑內，一、二、三號坑東西向平行排列，四號坑在一、二、三號坑東端，為南北向。四個俑坑共出土兵馬俑2300餘件，均為陶質，且有彩繪，但多數已脫落。陶俑的種類繁多，有官員俑、衛士俑、髮辮俑、甲士俑等10多種。

位於中國江蘇省徐州市雲龍區獅子山主峰南坡。1984年獅子山西麓發現了漢兵馬俑，以此為線索，1991年7月，兵馬俑坑的主墓即獅子山漢楚王墓也被找到。1994年12月至1995年三月，南京博物院、徐州博物館、徐州漢兵馬俑博物館等單位人員組成的考古隊對其作了發掘清理。獅子山漢墓坐北朝南，鑿山為藏，規模宏大。南北總長117公尺，東西最寬13.2公尺，共有墓室12個，總面積851平方米，總容積5139立方米。該墓可能早在新莽時期即遭盜掘，但仍出土了2000多件套隨葬品，包括玉器、金銀器、青銅器、陶器、錢幣、印章等。該墓的發掘者認為，墓主人很可能是西漢第三代楚王劉戊。但近年多數學者認為，獅子山漢楚王墓的墓主系第二代楚王劉郢。獅子山漢楚王墓被評為1995年度中國十大考古發現之一，1996年被列入第四批全國重點文物保護單位。目前該墓被原址保存，對遊客開放，成為徐州漢文化景區的一部分。

是第二次國共內戰中的「三大戰役」之一，由中國人民解放軍進攻中華民國國軍徐州剿匪總司令部防區。由1948年11月6日開始，1949年1月10日結束，歷時66天。是第二次國共內戰時期，解放軍華東野戰軍、中原野戰軍在以徐州為中心，東起海州，西迄商丘，北起臨城（今棗莊市薛城），南達淮河的廣大地區，對國軍一次戰略性進攻戰役。

深圳居然有這麼古老的村落，號稱深圳八景之一
深圳大鵬古城即大鵬所城，深圳八景之一。就算常年在深圳工作的人，也不一定清楚深圳為何又叫鵬城，也不一定知道或者來過大鵬古城。因為大鵬古城遠離市區，位於大鵬鎮鵬城村，始建於明洪武二十七年（1394年），是深圳現時唯一的國家級重點文物保護單位。當年的鴉片戰爭就有在這裡打響過，至今仍有炮臺在城牆上。
當年大鵬所城占地約10萬平方米，城牆高6米、長1200米，城牆由山麻石、青石磚砌成。深圳今天的簡稱“鵬城”也就是源於此
