Perjalanan: Jumaat lepas kerja, kami ambil flight malam, tidur di Hotel OYO di Kulai (worst hotel ever) tapi tak ambil video sbb kepenatan. Bayangkan:
1. Receptionist tak pandai ckp melayu, English pelat teruk sampai tak faham.
2. Tuala tak disediakan.
3. Lantai simen kotor& berpasir.
4. tiada tingkap langsung (kecuali di bilik air).
5. lampu meja ada tp tiada mentol.
6. cadar & selimut ada kesan tompok (tak basuh ke??)
7. TV + dekoder tp 1 soket. pasang TV, takde siaran. pasang dekoder, TV nak cucuk mana?
8. shower head tak lekat. bila adjust sikit terus tercabut. Mujur tak timpa kepala wife time dia mandi. mujur ada air panas...

Okey lah. pagi Sabtu check out, ambil motor, terus ke Pontian.. sempat ke beberapa tempat.

pagi Isnin, checkout, pergi balik Tambak Pontian sbb hari jumaat tu sesak, makan asam pedas, kemudian singgah Stadium, hantar skuter & balik naik flight..

Malaysia Pekan Nanas is located in Johor (JOHOR), only about 16 kilometers away from Pontian. In the early years, it was known as the hometown of pineapple because of its rich pineapple production. It is also one of the largest new villages in Malaysia. In fact, there are many scenic spots and delicacies worth exploring hidden in this simple town. While being close to nature here, you can also feel a strong human touch. It is a very good place for vacation and relaxation!

北干那那小鎮「旺來」拾遺
The Living and Growing Treasures of Pekan Nanas

北干那那天然松軟的腐植土環境，成為種植黃梨的天賜福地。黃梨的品種繁多，最身嬌肉貴的品種當數集結了黃梨所有優點的MD2。 MD2 皮薄眼淺，果肉黃、纖維細，馥軟多汁，不咬舌還耐存放。

北干那那舊巴剎裡的「國豹麵」，深受笨珍縣茄汁紅麵影響，但由於攤主祖籍潮州，因此還額外在茄汁醬中添加魚露為拌麵基底，口味鹹香帶甜，份量大，價格平民化，是北干早起勞動一族最溫暖的能量泉源。

沿著沙哇街走幾步就到「北干皇帝麵」，創始人花名猪尾，祖籍梅州大埔，早在北干新村成立前便以流動小販方式叫賣原鄉的大埔肉碎拌麵，後來同樣受笨珍食俗影響，加入茄汁拌麵，成為少數添加了茄汁醬調味的客家大埔肉碎拌麵。麵條的配料齊全，有福建炸五香、客家釀豆腐、粵式叉燒和潮州肉丸。這一碗「加料」的什錦麵極盡奢華，因量少價高，如皇帝消費水平而得名。

燒魚，是馬來群島最古老的烹魚方式。新桃園鐵板燒魚的海鮮食材品質新鮮，⽼闆堅持選用笨珍海域捕獲的野生海鮮，絕不⽤冷凍貨色。蕉葉是最天然無害的不沾鍋塗層，魚鮮海鮮隔著蕉葉炙燒，淋上秘制烤醬，辛香氣味四竄，讓人食欲大開。

隱匿在新村裡的平台民宿咖啡，儼然是回收物件再循環的最佳展示平台。推開竹製圍欄，仿如走入時光隧道，屋齡近70年的新村老房子曾是黃梨農的住家，在民宿主人巧手裝潢下，滿載著歲月的洗禮，又煥發樸實迷人的光彩。各種陳年舊物像是被賦予第二次生命，甚至展現出讓人意想不到的新功能，這全賴充滿人文關懷的民宿主人以返璞歸真的理念，固守曾有過的歲月。

Blessed with soft and fertile soil, Pekan Nanas used to be the pineapple capital of Malaysia. MD2 is the pick of all the varieties available now because it’s the best of all worlds - thin skin, minimal fibre, succulent, juicy, fragrant, and most important of all, it does not burn the tongue.

Local favourite Kok Pa Mee is based on a blend of fish sauce and tomato sauce, giving it its sweet tangy taste. A stone's throw away from the stall is Wong Dai (emperor) Noodles, which got its name from the many types of add ons you could add to the tomato-based Hakka Dabu mince meat noodles. On display are Hokkien meat rolls, Hakka Yong Tau Hu, Cantonese Char Siew, and Teo Chew meatballs, it’s easy to get carried away while you order!

Ikan Bakar Pekan Nanas is known for the luscious homemade chilli sauce slathered on the fish. Wrapped with banana leaves on the hot grill, the aroma itself is the appetiser. Remember to check out other seafood on offer - the proprietor prides himself on using ONLY the freshest catch of the day from Pontian.

Nestled in the new village is a coffee house cum homestay. Modified from a beautiful 70-year-old house, it’s an entrance into the passage of time, old artefacts are displayed in all its glory. As a keen lover of life, the owner intends the story behind these objects to stay on forever.

Samy Velu, 和丰前马来西亚国会议员. 我们四个有了年纪的男人从SamyVelu的狮子山下出发去泰国也拉府的勿洞,打算住个几天. 虽然勿洞泰国的一个市镇,但是居民都以华人与马来人为多,所以呀,语言沟通方面是完全没有问题.吃喝玩乐,声色犬马也符合了大众要求..人说老有老玩,少有少乐,人人都玩的不亦乐乎. 玻璃桥就不适合我这胆小的人了,看看云海还好啦. 勿洞的夜生活比马来西亚更多姿多彩.喝酒跳舞比比皆是, 如果要有更深入乐子也不难寻. 另类享受更不需要躲躲藏藏.所谓要什么有什么,皆大欢喜.我相信没有人会不喜欢泰国.

泰国勿洞也有中文学校. 得以进入校园参观,发现中文学习气氛浓厚. 处处标榜着中文字, 楼台亭苑. 自然而然的我都跟老师们说起了华语....

泰国最南部的勿洞. 华人占了大多数,以广西人居多. 华人寺庙也处处皆是. 远近驰名的木观音庙,规模不算很大却香火旺盛.新马一带的香客陆续不断地前来上香祈福. 廟裏有位和尚是馬來西亞人, 年少時就來到泰國修煉. 如今已成爲大師級. 廣東話講的一流, 所以很多馬來西亞華人都非常喜歡來勿洞的木觀音廟上香. 也見見這位師傅, 接受師傅的BLESSING..

勿洞, 泰国最南部的一个小镇, 虽然比不上合艾却也吸引了大量北马一带的华人. 虽说是小镇,但是吃喝玩乐样样齐全,华语,华人方言,英语和马来话都行得通.
普遍上华人对吃会比较讲究,勿洞就可以满足大家的胃了, 当然除了吃,喝也是一大主因,酒类在勿洞的价格比马来西亚低了很多. 旅游胜地叶比比皆是,大小寺庙,也是马来西亚华人爱拜访的,上香礼佛,拜神祈福往往是一车车的游客乐趣之一. 吃喝玩乐,吃喝玩乐,声色犬马也是勿洞吸引游客的一大因素....你到过勿洞了吗?

泰國勿洞. 安妮的生日, 她説泰國人一供奉和尚爲榮, 尤其是在生日這一天更是必須供奉和尚. 安妮生日這一天, 我們大清早外出找貢品, 必須是大清早,因爲和尚們有他們的托鉢時間, 而且過午不食. 安妮說沒有限制供什麽, 泰國和尚接受任何東西, 接到什麽吃什麽,不能挑.以前的托鉢是只接受到自己夠吃就可以了,而且不接受錢財.

這次的勿洞之旅又讓叔公長知識了....
