The People of Pangkalanbun - Borneo, Indonesia
A walk through the river market of Pangkalanbun Borneo Indonesia.
I was here on a short stay after seeing the Orangutans. I didn't expect much, but when walking through the city the amount of kindness and laughter from the people was amazing.
This was shot on the Arut River and apparently a river market. It is easily accessible through the small trails and roads off one of the main roads in the city near the temple. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the people were so welcoming to me that I was a little taken back.
This is why we travel.

Kota Pangkalan Bun memiliki Taman Wisata baru yang sedang viral pada saat ini, yaitu Taman Wisata Hutan Jurung tiga. Lokasinya berada di Tengah Kota Pangkalan Bun di Jalan Translik, Desa Pasir Panjang, Kecamatan Arut Selatan, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah.
Dengan luas sekitar 44 Hektar, Jurung Tiga dibuka dari pukul 08.00 WIB - 17.00 WIB
Harga tiket masuk Rp. 10.000,-/ orang dan Rp. 15.000,-/ orang (Hari Raya).

Bismillahirrohmanirrohiim,
Assalamu'alaikum Sahabat Suka Traveling Indonesia, Alhamdulillah saat ini adalah hari ke 16 kami menjalani roadtrip Kalimantan, meninggalkan kota tempat tinggal kami, Samarinda. Kali ini kami jalan-jalan ke Kota Pangkalan Bun di Kalimantan Tengah. Rencana awal kami mau camping di pantai, tapi karena kami tidak menemukan pantai yang cocok akhirnya kami cuman numpang buka dapur buat makan siang saja.
Setelah itu perjalanan kami lanjutkan menuju perbatasan Kalimantan Tengah - Kalimantan Barat. Karena keluar Pangkalan Bun sudah terlalu malam jadi kami bermalam dijalan. Saksikan perjalanan selanjutnya kami menuju perbatasan KalTeng-KalBar di next video.

The Unexpected Journey To Tanjung Puting National Park, Central Borneo
After exploring Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, my family and I decided to drive to Central Kalimantan to cruise the rivers in Tanjung Puting National Park, which is one of the largest tropical swamp forest that conserves endangered primates, birds, hundreds of plant species and many more. We also encountered several crocodiles by the river on our small boat. Not to mention some memorable places we came across on our way to Central Kalimantan which I will always be grateful for.
This whole trip is documented with my phone as I lost the camera battery door whilst hiking, but that didn't ruin the fun we had. Phones are light! 😆
and I will definitely return one day and stay overnight to experience this national park even more. So yep! This vlog is mainly series of videos I took with my phone.
I hope you enjoy this and somehow inspire you to visit more places in Indonesia. So far, I am loving Kalimantan!
