A video of our day in the beautiful village of Sanary-sur-Mer located in the Var department on the French Riviera (Côte d'Azur). Sanary is a popular but quiet coastal resort which features a colorful harbor, many narrow streets in its old town and a lively market that takes place every Wednesday. When walking around the port of Sanary, you can't miss the famous Provencal boats, also called pointus, which are Latin sail and oar boats. Don't forget to climb the Tour de Sanary to admire the breathtaking view it offers over the village and the harbor!

From Toulon, it's a 20 minute drive to Le Castellet Village Médiéval , a picturesque village, perched at an altitude of 250 metres where you can admire the cobbled streets, old stone houses, browse the craft shops and relax at one of the many restaurants. The castle, which now houses the town hall, dates back to the 15th century and its esplanade offers a splendid view of the Sainte-Baume Massif and the vineyards below.

In 2017, she purchased a 1,500-square-foot home (€420,000) in a quiet housing tract. The road leading to their house is lined with olive trees that are harvested and pressed for olive oil at the local mill every fall, and directly in front of our house is a small forest where you can hear French pheasant birds calling to each other.
