Oğuz kardeşimle Nusaybin merkezde görüştük ayak üstü selamlaştık çünkü pandemi nedeniyle mekanların tamamı kapalı olduğundan hemen gezintiye çıktık, önce şehir merkezine çok yakın olan iki kutsal mekanı ziyaret ettik bunlardan birisi Peygamber Efendimiz Sav.'in torunlarından birisi olduğu söylenen Zeynel Abidin Hazeretleri'nin cami ve türbesi, diğer kutsal mekan ise Hristiyan Süryani vatandaşlarımız için kutsal olan Mor Yakup Manastırı, her iki mekan maalesef pandemi sürecinden dolayı kapalı olduğundan içerilerine giremedik.
Oğuzla birlikte başladığımız Nusaybin şehir gezimizi çarşı merkezine taşıdık ve çarşı merkezindeki kaçakçılar çarşısına gittik akabinde Ava Sıpi, Ava Spi Türkçesi Beyaz su, beyaz su denilen adeta çölde bir vaha gibi insanlara göğsünü açan mesire ve piknik alanına gittik, doğrusu bu benim ilk gidişim değildi zira bir önceki gidişimden bu yana bir çok şey aşırı değişmiş ve çok güzelleşmişti, buradayken kendimi Mardin Nusaybin'de değilde adeta Karadeniz bölgesinde hissettim, umarım sizler de en kısa zamanda gider bu güzelim yerleri görme şansı bulursunuz, umarım video hoşunuza gider.

Mardin, Turkey 🇹🇷 - Only 10 km from the Syrian border! 😱
Mardin is a historical city in the southeast of Turkey. The city is divided in two parts. The old part lies on top of a hill and is known for it´s architecture consisting of stonework. From the citadel you can enjoy endless views to the Mesopotamian plains. I also visited the Deyrulzafaran Monastery there.
As the border of Syria is just a 20 minutes ride from Mardin, I was worried a bit about the safety....So check out what happened in this video!

Deyrulzafaran Monastery is one of the unique structures overlooking Mesopotamia in the magical land of Mardin. This monastery, which is 4 km away from the city center, is also called the Syriac masterpiece. If you go to Deyrulzafaran at sunset, you can see the colorful states of the Mesopotamian Plain flirting with the sun and feel all the values that make Mardin different. Well, what is the ancient story of this monastery, which has had its share of the flamboyant history of a stone mountain city, and what awaits you while you tour?
Kasimiye Madrasa
Kasimiye Madrasah, which has survived to this day with its perfect structure, was established in the Artuklu Period, and completed under the reign of Akkoyunlu Ruler Cihangiroğlu Kasım (1457-1502). A two-storey, domed, single courtyard madrasa was constructed with smooth cut stone. The first patron was İsa Bey of the Artuqid dynasty. However, he died before the madrasa was fully constructed and construction resumed after the city fell to Akkoyunlu Turks. Kasım, one of the sons of Akkoyunlu Sultan Mu'izz-al-Din is credited with completing the medrese which opened in 1469.

We made this video during a tour to Mardin's main sightseeing attractions: the ancient city of Dara, the famous Deyrul Zafaran (Mor Hananyo) Monastery, and the Kasimiye Medrese (largest islamic school in Mardin).
Dara is very close to the Syrian border and the landscape is quite interesting and different in this area.

Geçmişte farklı isimlerle, 15. yy'dan günümüze ise Za'ferân olarak bilinen manastır 1293-1932 yılları arasında Süryani Patriklik merkezlerinden biriydi.
• Deyrulumur Manastırı, Midyat ilçesi, Yayvantepe mahallesi yakınlarındadır. 397 yılında yapılan manastır, tarih boyunca dört farklı isimle anıldı. 615 yılından 1049 yılına kadar Turabidin Metropolitlik merkezi olan manastır, bu sıfatını 1915 yılına kadar korudu.
