This stunning Irish mansion has been put on the market for a bargain price of just €220,000.
Tullaghan House is an 18th century property in Co Leitrim and boasts wonderful sea views.
The seven-bedroom property is near the seaside and sits on two acres of land, located just off the main Sligo to Donegal road.
It was built around 1790 and includes many wonderful features including original tiled floor & stained-glass windows.
There are fireplaces throughout the property including the entrance hallway, drawing room and dining room.
At the back of the house there’s another fascinating feature – the ‘priest’s hole’ which during the penal period was used as a hiding place for priests

A Trip To County Tipperary Ireland - Featuring Cahir Castle, Swiss Cottage, The Vee, Rock of Cashel
If you have a few days in the South Tipperary this would be some of my personal recommendations from my childhood places that are filled with nostalgia and magic.
This summer I ticked off a bucket list wish to see the pink rhododendrons in bloom across The Vee. It did not disappoint with the contrast of the pink flowers against the denim blue mountains , a beautiful location to hike and photograph and to learn about the local folklore. My nana would often pack picnics of Tayto crisp sandwiches during our visits and I wonder if you spotted the little cameo of the crisps?
I spent a few days in the town of Cahir the place of my family roots. Every childhood summer spent tracing the castle walls and capturing my siblings with our imaginative battles! Riverhouse Restaurant is opposite the castle and has the envious views of the castle and the best apple pie! I always visit as this building of nostalgia as it once belonged to my great aunt ‘The Crock of Gold’ and we would visit every summer for ice creams and sit by the bridge.
The Swiss Cottage is a walk along the river and it’s was blooming with roses. Enjoyed the tour and hearing how the locals helped to restore this treasure which for me as a child was known as the Alice in wonderland house.
A final stop to the spectacular Rock of Cashel to walk in the footsteps of the high kings . After your visit I highly recommend the visit to the quieter Hore Abbey just below and you will be treated to a location with the most impressive photographic location and views in my final shot.
It always feels like coming home to Tipperary and I hope this inspires you to visit a few of the places and to experience the magic for yourself

Bennettsbridge Co Kilkenny Drone Video 4K DJI Mini2
Bennettsbridge (Irish: Droichead Binéid, meaning 'Bennet's bridge') is a village in County Kilkenny in Ireland. It is situated on the River Nore 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) south of Kilkenny city, in the centre of the county.
The village is on the R700 road at a stone bridge crossing the Nore between Kilkenny and Thomastown. It has become a craft centre in recent years, with several pottery and craft producers located at the old mill beside the weir.
Bennettsbridge owes its name to Saint Benet and its strategic importance to its position at a major crossing of the river Nore. The first bridge was built on the site in 1285[citation needed] and was dedicated to the saint, and was important for transport until the establishment of the railway. The current bridge dates from the 18th century after the original bridge was swept away in a flood in 1763. There were flour mills at the weir and a Royal Irish Constabulary police station in the village.

Terryglass Quay - Cé Thír Dhá Ghlas - Lough Derg - Tipperary
Oldfrostig takes a walk around Terryglass Quay which lies on the banks of Lough Derg in Co Tipperary, Ireland. This Quay boasts plenty of mooring spots for small boats and facilities for the boaters including toilets and showers. The village of Terryglass is only a short walk and you can watch an Oldfrostig video showing the village which includes Paddy’s Bar and The Derg Inn where those from the boats can be watered and fed.
The Quay also boasts a pier which we took a stroll along. There is also a fairy trail and we spotted a number of little houses. There is also a holy well there named after a local saint, the water of which is meant to help with eyesight.

The Plakánek Valley heads from Kost Castle around the Obora pond to the village of Střehom.
It is a rocky, romantic valley covered with a mixed forest, which was named after the Plakánek family, who burned charcoal here in the 17th century. A water mill has been preserved near the village of Střehom.

Driving through Newport Town, County Tipperary, Ireland - December 2021
Ever wondered what it would be like to sit on the bonnet of your car and drive through the main street of your hometown? Probably not, that would be a daft thing to do. Anyway, with the help of a 360-degree camera (Insta360 One X2) mag-mounted onto the front of the car, it is now possible.
Newport Town is situated in north County Tipperary, Ireland. On the day of filming, it was a grey, overcast afternoon just before Christmas and the village was fairly quiet. Due to COVID, I haven't had the chance to visit home in summer when the place is looking its best. The trip follows the R503 route starting at the hurling park at the top of Cork Road, passing through the Square at the centre of the village, over the bridge and onto the Church, as well as the old and new Secondary Schools, the Primary School and finishes at the start of the Limerick Road.
People absent from Newport for a while will probably notice new shops, particularly the new Italian chippie Angelos (where NIcky English's butcher shop used to be). I tried out the fish and chips from there. Delicious!
In future, I might do the other routes through the village, e.g. down from Ard Mhuire, across the Square and up Pound Street up through Clonbealy as far as the new graveyard in Rockvale, or up Black Road as far as the Mart.
