廣州南泰批發市場：
南泰百貨批發中心是廣州市的一個大型百貨、塑膠、廚具批發市場，位於昌崗路與寶崗大道交會處。隸屬於聯星經濟聯社。
1996年啟用，專案土地面積約12萬㎡。
2023年，南泰市場儲改工作正式啟動。
2024年7月31日前需撤場的商鋪共770個，佔總商鋪數量的53%。
2024年9月30日前需撤場的商鋪共673個，佔比為47%。
昌崗路：
昌崗路位於中國廣州市海珠區，是一條呈東西走向的主幹道。
其西起珠江邊，至工業大道稱為昌崗西路；往東至江南大道稱為昌崗中路；再往東至新港西路稱為昌崗東路，全長3100米，寬40米。因橫越南昌崗而得名南昌路，於1981年因避免與江西省南昌市重名改名為昌崗路。
達鏢國際中心：
達鏢國際中心，原名為保華廣場和港澳江南中心，是位於廣州市海珠區江南大道南362號的一棟摩天大樓。高208米，共51層，佔地10603平方米，總建築面積115402平方米。
1棟49層，大型時尚購物中心在負1至5層，辦公室安排在6-28層，29-44層為國際公寓，45-49層為五星級飯店。
於1993年奠基，原定1996年完工，規劃建造58層辦公大樓，為海珠區最高的標誌性建築。由於其地點被認為不夠旺市，因此無買主過問，樓底幾層商舖同樣難以出租出售，蓋至地面29層後因資金問題停工。 1995年，該樓其中一位合作老闆在此跳樓自殺。 2002年，該棟大樓被香港中國置地集團買下，改名為保華廣場。上海世紀聯華公司曾與置地集團合作，在保華廣場開出了其在華南的第一家世紀聯華超市門市，同時保華廣場1~5樓也被裝修用於招租。 2006年，因超市經營不夠理想，門市宣布關閉，其裙樓也同時宣告關閉。 2008年，廣州江南房產有限公司購入此建築，並於2010年建成更為現名。
Guangzhou Nantai Wholesale Market:
Nantai Department Store Wholesale Center is a large-scale department store, plastic and kitchenware wholesale market in Guangzhou, located at the intersection of Changgang Road and Baogang Avenue.
It is affiliated with the Lianxing Economic Cooperative.
The project was put into use in 1996, covering an area of about 120,000 square meters.
In 2023, the storage reform work of Nantai Market officially started.
By July 31, 2024, a total of 770 shops need to be vacated, accounting for 53% of the total number of shops.
By September 30, 2024, a total of 673 shops need to be vacated, accounting for 47%.
Changgang Road：
Changgang Road is located in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China. It is a main road running east-west.
It starts from the Pearl River in the west and is called Changgang West Road to Industrial Avenue; it is called Changgang Middle Road to the east to Jiangnan Avenue; it is called Changgang East Road to the east to Xingang West Road. It is 3,100 meters long and 40 meters wide. It was named Nanchang Road because it crosses Nanchanggang. In 1981, it was renamed Changgang Road to avoid the same name as Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province.

燕子岗体育场是在广东广州的一个体育场馆，位于广州市海珠区江南大道南及江燕路之间。前身为1964年1月启用的燕子岗坟场，又称南郊公墓，1983年征为建筑体育场[1]，1985年9月建成，占地面积为6.0207万平方米。内有1个8条煤渣跑道的400米田径场、足球场、足球训练场、网球场、乒乓球场、6个室内羽毛球场、篮球场等。曾经作为九运会的足球训练场所。
2017–18赛季，成为香港超级联赛R&F富力主场。
燕子岗体育场位于广州市海珠区江南大道南及江燕路之间。1985年9月建成，占地面积为6.0207万平方米。内有1个8条煤渣跑道的400米田径场、足球场、足球训练场、网球场、乒乓球场、6个室内羽毛球场、篮球场等。曾经作为九运会的足球训练场所。2010年被列为广州亚运会主要场馆之一。如今是国内多项青年足球赛事场地、国际足球友谊赛训练场等，同时也是广州足球青训中心所在地，市属各级梯队也在此训练，是广州足球未来人才的重要储备基地。

Shoyoen Garden
Shōyō-en is a Japanese garden located next to the treasure` Hall of Rinnō-ji Temple in Nikkō. It was constructed in early Edo period, but reformed in the beginning of 19th century. The garden was given its name by a Confucian scholar Issai Sato. There is a pond containing carp in the middle. Stone Lanterns, bridges, bamboo fences, a pagoda, and a small tea house adorn the garden.
Rinnoji Temple
Like the neighboring Toshogu Shrine , elaborate, gilded carvings distinguish Rinnoji Temple, which enshrines the three Buddhas of the mountains behind it. Founded by the monk Shodo Shonin, it is Nikko's most important Buddhist temple.Founded in 766 by the Buddhist monk Shodo Shonin, it is still used for ascetic training among Tendai monks. Major renovation of the building ended in 2020 and the whole site is now opened to the public.
The most impressive sight at Rinnoji Temple is the three gilded Buddha statues, each 7.5 meters tall. The three statues represent the deities of the three mountains of Nikko, Mt. Nantai, Mt. Nyoho and Mt. Taro. Both Rinnoji Temple and Futarasan-jinja Shrine were founded by the Buddhist priest Shodo Shonin as places of worship in the mountains. This temple is a notable example of how the two religions co-exist in Japan. Surrounded by towering cedar trees and lush forests, the whole area is especially impressive with the fall colors.
Toshogu Shrine
One of the greatest World Heritage Sites in Japan, Nikko Toshogu is a shrine dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu, the Shogun active in the 15th -16th century. The highlight of Nikko Toshogu is, without a doubt, its magnificent buildings in the temple precincts. Among 55 buildings, 8 are designated as National Treasures while 34 are designated as Important Cultural Properties. In addition to this, Nikko Toshogu is known as one of the strongest spiritual places in Japan.
Toshogu is a large and lavish shrine located in Nikko National Park in Tochigi Prefecture in the north of Tokyo. This extensive set of richly decorated buildings is organized around the mausoleum of Tokugawa Ieyasu a prominent feudal lord. The religious complex, both Shinto and Buddhist has been undergoing renovation works since 2007.
Dozens of variously-sized buildings, each more richly decorated than the last, spread over these extensive premises in the heart of the forest of Nikko National Park. The unusual mix of Shinto shrines and Buddhist buildings gives the Shinto architecture a grandiose dimension. Simplicity is simply not the point, and the ornate buildings offer a wealth of colors and details, including gold leaf decorations which may surprise careful observers.
Despite the crowds, Toshogu is pervaded with a peculiar atmosphere which is well worth the high price of the entrance ticket. A few extra hundred yens will open the doors of the Treasure House for you as well as those of the Museum of Art, both built recently.
Futarasan Jinja
Established in the 8th century in dedication to one of Nikko's mountain gods Mt. Nantai, Futarasan-jinja Shrine represents the spiritual heart of the area. Although not as grand and ornate as its neighbors, Toshogu Shrine and Rinnoji Temple , Futarasan-jinja Shrine boasts the mountain behind it as the main place of worship.
The shrine grounds are mostly free to enter except for a small paid area to the left of the offering hall (haiden). The paid area features a small, forested garden with a couple more halls, a spring, old sacred trees and closer views onto the main hall (honden) that stands behind the offering hall. Located one kilometer from the shrine grounds, the Shinkyo Bridge also belongs to Futarasan Shrine.

拱北口岸是中國廣東省珠海市與澳門特別行政區其中一個陸路出入境口岸。 自2011年，拱北口岸打破羅湖口岸的紀錄，成為全球最高出入境人次的出入境口岸，年均出入境人次達1億以上。 通關時間為每天06:00-01:00。
拱北口岸位於珠海市香洲區最南邊的拱北迎賓路南端，接連澳門關閘邊檢大樓，設於1849年，成為中澳邊境最重要的口岸。 當年設立海關是以當時該地區的標誌性建築拱橋的“拱”字和著名地點北嶺的“北”字定名為拱北關。 從此，拱北名稱一直沿用至今。 靠近口岸的一些街道的名稱和關閘有關，現有城中村的一個街道為關閘北街，亦有「拱北街道關閘社區」行政區域的劃分。

Gongbei Port is one of the land entry and exit ports between Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, China and the Macao Special Administrative Region. Since 2011, Gongbei Port has broken the record of Luohu Port and has become the entry-exit port with the highest number of entries and exits in the world, with an average annual entry and exit number of more than 100 million. The customs clearance time is 06:00-01:00 every day.
Gongbei Port is located at the southern end of Gongbei Yingbin Road in the southernmost part of Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City. It is connected to the Macau Border Inspection Building. It was established in 1849 and has become the most important port on the China-Australia border. When the customs was established, it was named Gongbei Pass after the word Gong in the arch bridge, a landmark building in the area, and the word North in Beiling, a famous location. Since then, the name Gongbei has been used to this day. The names of some streets near the port are related to the Guanzha. One street in the existing urban village is Guanzha North Street, and there is also the administrative division of Gongbei Street Guanzha Community.

江南大道:
江南大道是位於廣州市的一條馬路，是貫穿海珠區南北的交通要道。江南大道中和江南西路口臨近地鐵江南西站是海珠區最繁華的區域。該路在1954年稱河南中路，1966年文化大革命期間被當局改叫「躍進路」。1981年由於海珠區古稱江南洲，故改為江南大道，意即“位於珠江之南”。
原有規劃要打通江南大道南的斷頭路段，但至2020年時，由於涉及當地村集體用地及軍隊用地徵地問題，仍在協商而無法推進建設。至2021年政協提案提到時，軍隊用地的部隊已經撤編，應推進軍方與地方合作置換或貨幣購買撤編閒置土地，推進村集體用地改造，或者推進建成地下隧道代替。
江南大道北兩旁有眾多婚紗店，又俗稱為婚紗街，是目前廣州市乃至廣東省內最大的專營婚紗的交易集散地；江南大道中商業集中地，新建有大型百貨商場及酒店，是河南主要商業街；江南大道南受斷頭路影響，而且位置偏僻（原屬於城中村範圍），但近年大力發展高級樓盤，人氣漸盛。 在江南大道的道路兩旁，栽種有不少的木棉樹。
雖然江南大道南路段沒被打通，但南泰路路口前，通過雙向四車道的江燕路，仍可到達工業大道中。而新滘西路至工業大道南的路段於2008年動工，2009年建成通車，為雙向六車道。
湛江菜：
用料新鮮，多以粗料烹製，講求原汁原味。 在烹飪上多以清焯、水煮、煎及白焯的方法為主，少放調料，力求帶出材料最原始的風味。
特色菜式：
湛江白切雞，白灼海蝦，清蒸花蟹，蒜蓉蒸鮑魚，河唇魚頭湯，安鋪雞飯，白切狗，吳川八寶飯等。
Gangnam Avenue:
Jiangnan Avenue is a road located in Guangzhou, which is a traffic artery running through the north and south of Haizhu District. Jiangnan Avenue and Jiangnan West Road intersection are close to Jiangnan West Metro Station, which is the most prosperous area in Haizhu District. The road was called Henan Middle Road in 1954 and was renamed Yuejin Road by the authorities during the Cultural Revolution in 1966. In 1981, because Haizhu District was called Jiangnan Zhou in ancient times, it was changed to Jiangnan Avenue, which means located in the south of the Pearl River.
Zhanjiang cuisine
Zhanjiang cuisine is known for its fresh ingredients, often cooked with simple techniques to highlight the natural flavors. The cooking methods mainly involve boiling, quick frying, and blanching with minimal seasonings to bring out the essence of the ingredients.

Rinnoji Temple
Like the neighboring Toshogu Shrine , elaborate, gilded carvings distinguish Rinnoji Temple, which enshrines the three Buddhas of the mountains behind it. Founded by the monk Shodo Shonin, it is Nikko's most important Buddhist temple.
Founded in 766 by the Buddhist monk Shodo Shonin, it is still used for ascetic training among Tendai monks.
Major renovation of the building ended in 2020 and the whole site is now opened to the public.
The most impressive sight at Rinnoji Temple is the three gilded Buddha statues, each 7.5 meters tall. The three statues represent the deities of the three mountains of Nikko, Mt. Nantai, Mt. Nyoho and Mt. Taro.
Both Rinnoji Temple and Futarasan-jinja Shrine were founded by the Buddhist priest Shodo Shonin as places of worship in the mountains. This temple is a notable example of how the two religions co-exist in Japan.
Surrounded by towering cedar trees and lush forests, the whole area is especially impressive with the fall colors.

7月18日（月）に長野県佐久市の前掛山（浅間山）にハイキングに行ってきました。
日帰りで行ける異世界のような場所を探していたら浅間山がオススメで見つかったので、行ってみました。
登山道は非常に歩きやすく、外輪山を色んな角度から望みながら楽しんで進んでいきました。
山頂への“ ビクトリーロード”は本当に異世界にいるかのような感覚で、その他の全てのことを忘れて目の前の世界に没入できました。次回は黒斑山等の外輪山にも登ってみたいです。
On July 18 (Mon.), I went hiking on Mt. Maekake (Mt. Asama) in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.
I was looking for an otherworldly place to go on a day trip and found Mt. Asama as a recommendation, so I went there.
The trail was very easy to walk and I enjoyed the view of the outer rim of the mountain from various angles.
The Victory Road to the peak really made me feel as if I was in another world, and I was able to forget everything else and immerse myself in the world in front of me. Next time, I would like to climb the outer rim, Mt. Kurofu.

Futarasan Shrine
Also referred to as Nikko Futarasan Shrine, it is one of the three most significant shrines in Nikko and is dedicated to the deities of the mountains, particularly Mount Nantai, which is regarded as sacred. The shrine's buildings are characterized by their distinctive red color and intricate carvings, which are considered among the finest examples of traditional Japanese architectural and decorative arts.
