Czech Republic - Moravský Kras
The Moravian Karst (Czech: Moravský kras) is a karst landscape and protected nature reserve to the north of Brno in the eastern part of the Czech Republic, located near the town of Blansko. It encompasses a number of notable geological features, including roughly 1100 caverns and gorges and covers an area of roughly 92 km². Currently, four of the cave systems (Punkva Caves, Balcarka Cave, Kateřinská Cave, and Sloupsko-šošůvské Cave) are open for public tours and exploration.
This region is also home to one of the most important single geological features in the Czech Republic, the Macocha Abyss, a gorge 138 m deep, which was formed when the ceiling of an underground cave chamber collapsed. Macocha Abyss is also the place where the Punkva River begins to run underground through the Punkvení cave system, and two small pools of water are visible at the surface.

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC - I was excited to visit Prague, a city I’ve been wanting to visit for many years. In this video, we’re going on an ultimate Czech food tour of Prague, and doing a full walking tour of the attractions and center of the city along the way. #Prague #CzechRepublic #CzechFood
Café Savoy - For one of the most historical and beautiful restaurants and cafes in all of Prague, head to Café Savoy. It’s one of those restaurants that’s as much a museum as it is a restaurant. It’s a good place to have breakfast, or to have coffee. I had the Czech style breakfast set. Total price - 685 CZK ($29.62)
Párek v rohlíku – Ladislav Červený - If there’s one Czech street food your don’t want to miss, it’s sausages and hotdogs. And after doing some research, I discovered that not too far from where I was staying, was a popular local hotdog stall just outside the metro station. What was amazing to me is that the bun was toasted on the inside, but the outside of the bun was so soft. Great hotdogs, well worth going out of your way to eat when you’re in Prague. Price - 25 CZK ($1.08) per hotdog
Restaurace U Bansethů - My favorite type of food to eat is classic, traditional food, anywhere I travel. Restaurace U Bansethů is a restaurant with over 100 years of history, and I was very excited to go there. Menu was all in Czech, but our waiter was friendly and helpful. Something you have to note about Czech food restaurants (at least in my experience so far) is that they often have dishes of the day, and don’t have the full menu. So it’s best to choose the dishes of the day. I ordered their signature stuffed duck, a plate of tongue and dumplings, and we also tried a beef stew, which was similar to goulash, but had a different name. Food was delicious, and especially paired with Czech beer. 477 CZK ($20.62) - Total price for everything
Lahůdky Zlatý kříž - Next up on this ultimate Prague food tour, we headed back to the center of Prague and I ordered a few Czech open faced sandwiches from Lahůdky Zlatý kříž. Great local place to get food on the go. 77 CZK ($3.33)
Zahradní restaurace Letenský zámeček - Next, we headed on a little walk across the river and up the hill to a beer garden and terrance overlooking old town of Prague. I would highly recommend visiting, the ambiance was fantastic, and the views were spectacular.
Lokál - Beer Restaurant - Finally, when I reached out to you on social media about where to eat in Prague, one of the top suggestions was Lokál, a place loved by all for their great Czech beer, and for their food. We had a great experience, and it’s the type of place that would be fun to go with many friends. 726 CZK ($31.39)
Thank you for watching this ultimate Czech food tour of Prague, Czech Republic!

Cesky Krumlov - Csehország legszebb mesevárosa [4k]
10 percben Csehország legszebb mesevárosa- Cesky Krumlov télen
Ez a város maga a csoda - ahogy a Moldva kettős kanyarulatában feltűnik a vár és a felette őrködő kör alakú torony látképe, ahogy a szomszédos dombtetőn magasodik a Szent Vitus székesegyház emblematikus épülete - Cesky Krumlov semmivel sem hasonlítható össze.
Cesky Krumlov kacskaringós utcáin barangolva könnyen kerülünk reneszánsz hangulatba. A folyóparton sorakozó házak, malmok mára a víz felé nyitott terasszal rendelkező, sajátos karakterű éttermek és kávézók, ahonnan kiváló látványt élvezhetünk Csehország második legnagyobb várkastélyának irányába.
A különleges hangulatú, történelmi és építészeti értékekkel rendelkező kisváros 1992 óta az UNESCO Világörökségének része, Csehország - Prága után - második leglátogatottabb turisztikai célpontja.

🔶 Prague, Cradle of Czech Culture
Everyone who visits the Czech Republic starts with Prague, the cradle of Czech culture and one of Europe’s most fascinating cities. Prague offers a near-intact medieval core of Gothic architecture that can transport you back 500 years – the 14th-century Charles Bridge, connecting two historic neighbourhoods across the Vltava River, with the castle ramparts and the spires of St Vitus Cathedral rising above, is one of the classic sights of world travel. But the city is not just about history; it’s a vital urban centre with a rich array of cultural offerings, and a newly emerging foodie scene.
🔶 Castles & Chateaux
The Czech Republic's location in the middle of Europe has seen a long history of raiding tribes, conquering armies and triumphant dynasties. This turbulent past has left a legacy of hundreds of castles and chateaux – everywhere you look there seems to be a many-turreted fortress perched above a town, or a romantic summer palace lazing peacefully amid manicured parkland. The number and variety of Czech castles is simply awe-inspiring – everything from grim Gothic ruins clinging to a dizzy pinnacle of rock, to majestic, baroque mansions filled with the finest furniture that Europe’s artisans could provide.
🔶 Folklore & Tradition
The Czech Republic may be a modern, forward-thinking nation riding into the future on the back of the EU and NATO, but it is also a country rich in tradition. This is most apparent in South Bohemia and Moravia, where a still-thriving folk culture sparks into life during the summer festival season. During this time, communities from Český Krumlov to Telč to Mikulov don traditional garb, pick up their musical instruments – and wine glasses – and sing and dance themselves silly, animating ancient traditions in one of the best examples of ‘living history’ in the Czech Republic.
🔶 Where Beer Is God
The best beer in the world just got better. Since the invention of Pilsner Urquell in 1842, the Czechs have been famous for producing some of the world's finest brews. But the internationally famous brand names – Urquell, Staropramen and Budvar – have been equalled, and even surpassed, by a bunch of regional Czech beers and microbreweries that are catering to a renewed interest in traditional brewing. Never before have Czech pubs offered such a wide range of brews – names you'll now have to get your head around include Kout na Šumavě, Primátor, Únětice and Matuška.

ČESKÝ KRUMLOV (UNESCO)
Český Krumlov is a town in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. Its historic centre, centred around the Český Krumlov Castle, is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1992 and was given this status along with the historic Prague castle district. The town's name begins with Český (Bohemian) to differentiate it from Moravský Krumlov in south Moravia.
2) Český Krumlov
Český Krumlov Castle is unusually large for a town of Krumlov's size; within the Czech Republic it is second in extent only to the Hradčany castle complex of Prague. Inside its grounds are a large rococo garden, an extensive bridge over a deep gap in the rock upon which the castle is built, and the castle itself, which in turn consists of many defined parts dating from different periods of time.

Český Krumlov - Czech Republic - Repubblica Ceca - 2011
Visita a Cesky Krumlov bellissima cittadina della Repubblica Ceca patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO.
Cesky Krumlov is a small city in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic, best known for the fine architecture and art of the historic old town and Český Krumlov Castle. Old Český Krumlov is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was given this status along with the historic Prague castle district.
The city is named Český Krumlov (Bohemian Krumlov) to differentiate it from Moravský Krumlov (Moravian Krumlov) in the southeast of the country.
History
Construction of the town and castle began in the late 13th century at a ford in the Vltava River, which was important in trade routes in Bohemia. In 1302 the town and castle were owned by the House of Rosenberg. Emperor Rudolf II bought Krumlov in 1602 and gave it to his natural son Julius d'Austria. Emperor Ferdinand II gave Krumlov to the House of Eggenberg. From 1719 until 1945 the castle belonged to the House of Schwarzenberg. Most of the architecture of the old town and castle dates from the 14th through 17th centuries; the town's structures are mostly in Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. The core of the old town is within a horseshoe bend of the river, with the old Latrán neighborhood and castle on the other side of the Vltava.
Český Krumlov Castle is unusually large for a town of Krumlov's size; within the Czech Republic it is second in extent only to the Hradčany castle complex of Prague. Inside its grounds are a large garden, an extensive bridge over a deep gap in the rock upon which the castle is built, and the castle itself, which in turn consists of many defined parts dating from different periods of time. After the garden was not adequately maintained during the second half of the 20th century, the site was included in the 1996 World Monuments Watch by the World Monuments Fund. With financial support from American Express the garden's central fountain was documented and reconstructed, and is functional today.
Church of St. Vitus (Kostel Sv. Víta) is a Gothic church dating back to the 15th century with frescoes from the same period.

Brno OFICIAL PRESENTATION!!
Brno, the Czech Republic's second largest city, has a population of nearly 370,000 people. It lies in the central part of Europe and within its two hundred-kilometre radius there are other important European capitals: Prague, Vienna and Bratislava. The international airport in Brno serves regular flights.
Brno is the metropolis of Moravia and an important tourist centre for all who want to explore the natural and cultural beauties of the South-Moravian region.
To the north of Brno there is the protected area of the Moravian Karst (Moravský kras) and to the south stretch the Moravian vineyards with their typical wine cellars. The city is surrounded by beautiful mixed forests, which offer many opportunities for tourism and cycling. Brno prides itself on many notable historic sites that show evidence of its rich cultural history. Once established as a settlement of merchants eight centuries ago on the junctions of the rivers Svratka and Svitava, it withstood the pressure of both the Hussite and Swedish besiegement, witnessed Napoleon's military expedition to Slavkov, bore the cruel consequences of the Austrian defeat at the Battle of the Three Emperors, became an industrial centre of the Habsburg monarchy called the Austrian Manchester and, in the twentieth century, gained a character of a modern city thanks to the construction of new buildings in the functionalist style. The most important example of modern architecture in Brno is The Tugendhat Villa - a historic site inscribed on the UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage List.
Today Brno is a seat of universities and important judiciary institutions. It offers many possibilities of cultural enjoyment in its numerous theatres, museums, cinemas and clubs. The Brno Exhibition Centre with its eighty-year tradition is a venue of many international trade fairs, exhibitions and congresses, and as such plays a significant role in the social and economic life of the whole city. The City of Brno regularly holds various cultural events, festivals (e.g. Brno - City in the Centre of Europe associated with a fireworks competition Ignis Brunensis) as well as some notable sporting events (Brno Grand Prix of road motorcycles). Brno is also a city of modern shopping and entertainment centres. (more) (less)
