I still stand by this top 10 but plan on making a new top 10 each year : ) And, no, Miller's in not on here. Not because I have anything against them, but because we stuck to our regular places and didn't venture that far south. But I do plan on visiting them next chance I get:)

I have made this video to give others a picture of the eating experience at each of these locations. I love Amish country and have been regularly visiting for over 12 years. These are the places that have been my family's favorites for years and I love them all. I have not been to all the eateries in Lancaster County and I want to make that clear, though I look forward to visiting and reviewing more in the future: ) I would love your comments about what you think as well as recommendations for me. One thing I love about the USA is the diversity. You can pretty much find people from all cultures, religions, traditions, and walks of life in this country of 330 million people.
One of the most interesting groups of people that I've come across is the AMISH. They are traditional Christian Anabaptists who originally have Swiss German roots, and settled (mostly) in Pennsylvania in the early 18th Century.
I went to Lancaster Country, PA today to learn all about their way of life, and it's fascinating! Have you ever heard of the Amish before?

Lititz Pa (Pennsylvania) in Lancaster County was voted one of the coolest small towns in America. In this video you will found out why Lititz is not only the coolest small town in Lancaster County but the best small town in America.
Lititz has so much to offer. From its small town feel with great shopping, local food and activities. Lititz has great holiday festivals, including the Fire and Ice festival, a craft festival, a July 4th spectacular and over Christmas it is just beautiful. All the stores have trees on the street and Lititz just lights up in Lancaster County.
Lititz is only 8 miles from Lancaster City and is a great drive from Hershey PA, Philadelphia PA, Harrisburg Pa, Baltimore Md and just a great location in Pennsylvania.

Millersburg, Ohio
Millersburg is a village in the county seat of Holmes County, Ohio. Millersburg historic downtown is listed on the National Register of Historic places, and offers unique shops, dining, pubs, and so much more. Hotel Millersburg was built in 1847 offering Victorian style rooms, and suites, plus a Tavern. The hotel is thought to be the third oldest operating hotel in Ohio. Has had many distinguish guests. The court house in Millersburg was designed by architect Joseph W. Yost and built in 1886. The jail was built in 1889. Hershberger's farm and bakery is one of a kind in Amish country. (Amish bakery, store, and a farm animal petting area.) I really enjoyed the animals they were very playful.

Strawberry picking season is here! 🍓
We went to 📍Cherry Hill Orchards, down in the southern end of Lancaster County this weekend to pick some!
🌸This was an eciting and new experience fo us. It was truely the best. Cherry Hill Orchards even has a market and garden center for an all encompassing trip!
There are many farms within the county that are offering strawberry picking so if you’re not near Cherry Hill Orchards don’t fret just look around the county for strawberry picking signs!
