⚠️How to get to Aliw Falls⚠️
-The jump-off point is in Dafi Resort at Barangay San Jose, a baranggay in the outskirts of Luisiana. Luisiana is between Pagsanjan and Lucban.
-By public transportation: Ride a bus bound to Sta. Cruz, Laguna via Calamba. There’s a terminal both in Cubao and Taft. Once in Sta. Cruz, ride a jeep bound for Luisiana. You can ask the driver if it passes by San Jose. If not, ride a tricycle from Luisiana to Dafi Resort at Barangay San Jose.
-By private transportation: Take Calamba exit in South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) going through Pansol, Los Banos, Pila, Sta Cruz and Pagsanjan. About 30 minutes from Pagsanjan, you’ll find the Dafi Resort Banner on your right. A group of locals in a makeshift guard house will welcome you. Tell them you’re going to Aliw Falls.
✏️Things to Note:
1. You may leave your things at the Resort and keep the important stuff with you.
2. There’s no electricity at the waterfalls area so you better keep all your gadgets fully charged.
3. Kids are okay but make sure that they are fit for trekking.
4. Trekking is about 30 minutes
5. When trekking, make sure to wear proper trekking shoes to avoid getting slipped.
6. You may bring your own food but keep with you when you’re finished.
7. Leave no trace and keep your trash.
