Ardea is part Lazio region, and is located about 35 kilometers south of Rome. It has a long coastline on the Tyrrhenian Sea, with several beaches (Spiaggia Marechiaro, Castel Porziano beach, Spiaggia di Capocotta, Calypso Beach Village etc.).
The beaches in Ardea are all open to the public and there is no charge for admission. However, some of the beaches have private sections that charge a fee for use of their facilities.
The best time to visit the beaches in Ardea is during the summer months, from June to September. The weather is warm and sunny during this time, and the sea is usually calm. However, the beaches can get crowded during the summer months, so it is advisable to arrive early or late in the day to avoid the crowds.

Very close, but out of the chaos of the center, where you can get there by car, the Bed and breakfast Casa di Virgilio know the Florence authentic, where the locals are not tourist, the recipes that the excellent restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias offer to taste are typically experienced by Florence and the Florentines.
The B & B offers a cozy and tranquil, guests are entitled to use the kitchen which is equipped with everything you need.
The bed and breakfast is located in Rifredi, 10 minutes from the airport, near railway station SMN-FI, the Fortezza da Basso is within walking distance, the old town in 5 minutes, the bus stop is in front home, the University Hospital Careggi including the Universities of Florence, including the faculties of Engineering, Biology, Mathematics and Medicine and the Company Meyer Hospital are nearby.
Rifredi is now a key area for Florence: besides the above mentioned hospital, with adjoining the CTO, there are many universities including the University of Florence Faculty of Engineering, Biology, Mathematics and Medicine. Focal point is Piazza Dalmatia, now called natural shopping center for the large number of shops that face the last resistance to the invasion of large chains and corporations.
