Walking in Mandeville town Jamaica 2021, Mandeville is the capital and largest town in the parish of Manchester in the county of Middlesex, Jamaica. In 2005, the town had an estimated population of 50,000, and including the immediate suburbs within a radius of 16 km (9.9 mi) the total population was about 72,000. It is located on an inland plateau at an altitude of 628 m (2061 feet), and is 103 km (64 mi) west of Kingston. It is the only parish capital of Jamaica not located on the coast or on a major river.

JAMAICAN STREET FOOD TOUR IN THE TOWN OF MANDEVILLE
I have been wanting to create a Street food tour video from two years ago... but then covid came and I delayed doing it for my family safety. It turns out covid ain't going anywhere soon so I decided to make the video while being very careful.
Most of Jamaican Street food can be seen or bought right at a bus stop or near transportation centre because that's where a lot of people are to travel and before we begin to travel we get something to eat or we buy something on bring it on the bus to eat.
In a typical bus park you can smell the Jerk chicken grilling and you can hear the peanut man singing Nuts !!Nuts!!. You can find restaurants and shops near by that also cater to travelers.
Jerk Chicken is one of Jamaica's best Street food especially when done right. Metric Jerk Chicken is one if the best 👌 I have ever tasted. Watch to see where you can find him.

Still in Manchester, we take a tour of the Northern Caribbean University (NCU) campus, which is located on Manchester Road, just 3.7km (8min) from the town area.
In this video, we also made a stop in a community known as Marshalls Pen, an area just off the Winston Jones Highway and located approximately 7mins from the town area.
We also made another stop in Hatfield, just off Spur Tree Road. This area is also a short drive (approximately 10mins) from the town area. We showcase the housing development in both areas and then some.
