Walking through the worlds largest Buckys in Luling, Texas. This little old oil town close to San Anton. Buckys is awesome and offers just about everything from beef jerky to high school beer.

Road Trip #366 - I-10 East - Texas Mile 625 to 649 (Luling)
We continue East in Guadalupe County on I-10 in Texas, beginning at Mile 625 in Guadalupe County. We pass through two legs of the city of Luling, which lies mostly to the north, but extends southward to cover two exits on I-10. Between these two legs, we enter Caldwell County. At the I-10/US-183 interchange, we stop at a Buc-ee's Travel Center for gas and to browse the store. After re-entering I-10, we cross into Gonzales County, and conclude this video at Mile 649.

The title of the world's largest convenience store is held by Buc-ee's, located in Luling, Texas. This massive store opened its doors to the public on June 10, 2024, and has quickly become a landmark for both travelers and residents.
Spanning an impressive 75,000 square feet, the Luling Buc-ee's is almost 30 times larger than the average convenience store, which typically measures around 2,500 square feet. It features a staggering 120 fuel pumps, catering to a large number of vehicles and ensuring that customers rarely have to wait to refuel.
Buc-ee's is not just about size; it's also known for its super-clean bathrooms, which have won awards and set it apart from other convenience stores. In fact, Buc-ee's won a nationwide restroom contest in 2012, emphasizing its commitment to cleanliness and customer comfort.
The store offers a vast array of products and services. Customers can find thousands of food and drink options, including Texas barbecue, homemade fudge, kolaches, Beaver Nuggets, jerky, and fresh pastries. The variety is so extensive that it can cater to almost any taste or need.
