Lower Silesia, Poland | City of Wroclaw, Walbrzych, Legnica, Lubin | Drone 4k video | Poland cities

Lower Silesia, Poland. The first thing that tourists do before choosing a destination for a holiday in Poland is to look at reviews of experienced travelers, read information about interesting and beautiful locations, memorable places. And of course, go to You Tube to find some video reviews. Just before the trip to Lower Silesia, you can get acquainted with the videos taken from the drone and see all the surroundings, as well as remarkable places, filmed in 4k quality. After watching the video, tourists will be able to make a definite plan for themselves where to go, what to look for when traveling through Lower Silesia.

general information
The Lower Silesian Voivodeship is located in the south-west of Poland, among the people Lower Silesia is compared with the Loire Valley (the place of the French nobility), with many medieval palaces, castles and fortresses. The voivodship quite favorably borders on Germany and the Czech Republic, which allows tourists to combine trips to the two countries with accommodation in Poland.
The region is famous of course for tourism and its historical buildings, and its economic component is the production of food and alcoholic beverages.

Voivodeship capital
Wroclaw has long been the capital of Lower Silesia, a picturesque city with many interesting tourist places, managed to be in the possession of many states, until it was finally returned to Poland. It is called the city of bridges, since five rivers flow through the entire territory, led by the Odra, and are connected by more than 100 bridges across the formed islands. Traditionally, each city has its own symbol, so in Wroclaw these are gnomes who hid at different points, and tourists have a quest to find them, because their height does not exceed 30 cm. Each gnome has its own history of creation, and you can often hear them from tour guides.

Nature of Lower Silesia
Lower Silesia is beautiful mountainous and flat landscapes, noisy, fast-moving streams and a peculiar relief. More than 17% of the territory of the voivodeship belongs to national and protected areas (Karkonosze and Table Mountains), parks with rare animals, unique plants. Lovers of peace, tranquility and fresh air can visit sanatoriums with mineral waters and undergo rehabilitation. Mountain natural trails are ideal for active tourism both in summer and in winter.

Main cities: Wroclaw, Walbrzych, Legnica, Lubin
If many tourists have already heard quite a few stories and information about Wroclaw, then other cities included in the voivodship are worth mentioning, as they also have many attractions:
Walbrzyg is an ancient city of Lower Silesia, it is shrouded in wartime secrets, and there are rumors that this is where the golden treasure train is located. Also, it will be interesting for tourists to visit a museum dedicated to coal mining and go down into an underground mine.
Legnica is a small town that is pleasant to walk around, go to the Market Square, as well as the city park, where there is a palm house and rare exotic plants.
Lubin is a cozy medieval town on the banks of the Zimnitsa River, offering a quiet measured rest. Walking through the old part of Lubin will bring a lot of pleasure, as well as visiting cultural places: galleries, cultural center.
What to see in Lower Silesia
Nature connoisseurs visiting the region of Lower Silesia should visit the Polyana-Zdrój resort, with the famous Wielka Pieniawa hotel, which has healing springs and carbonic mud baths.
The Knyaz Castle in Ksenzhi is a garden and park area where you can take a walk, see the famous palm house in the region, garden terraces.
Lower Silesian undergrounds require special attention, tourists can visit the underground city of Osówka, and walk 2 km underground through medieval tunnels.
And young travelers will be interested in visiting the Africanarium with various marine life, crocodiles and rare species of turtles.

Attractions
Undoubtedly, the main attraction of the voivodship is Wroclaw and its gnomes, Tumski Island and the Cathedral - the oldest part of the city, which is illuminated by small street lamps in the evening. Another interesting attraction is the Japanese garden with landscape design. One of the highlights of Lower Silesia are the resorts with mineral waters: Kłodzk, Löndek-Zdrój, Swieradow-Zdrój, in the vicinity of which there are many tourist, walking bike routes.

ONE DAY IN LUBLIN (POLAND) 🇵🇱 | 4K 60FPS | I love this beautiful Old Town

Lublin Old Town amazes with its authenticity, with its fascinating history, cobbled streets, beautiful corners, colorful townhouses with many details and a vibrant architecture. There are over 110 monuments on 1 square kilometre, and most of them have retained their original shape. Lublin is undoubtedly worth a visit.

The history of Lublin began in the Middle Ages, when the town was a trade settlement and a guard post on the eastern border of a young Polish state. The first written information about it dates back to the 12th century, and then in 1317 it was granted city rights.

For me, Lublin was a great destination as it allowed me to fully enjoy my love for historic old cities. And that's exactly what I focused on in my video.

▶️ Witaj w Lublinie. Lubelskie Stare Miasto ze swoją dobrze zachowaną, głównie renesansową zabudową zawierającą ślady gotyku, baroku i klasycyzmu zostało uhonorowane tytułem Pomnika Historii. Wielokulturową, ponad 700-letnią historię miasta potwierdzają liczne zabytki. Do najcenniejszych należy Kaplica Trójcy Świętej na wzgórzu zamkowym, której ściany pokrywają XV-wieczne rusko-bizantyjskie malowidła.
To niezwykłe miejsce, podobnie jak mury Bazyliki oo. Dominikanów pamięta wydarzenia zawarcia Unii Polsko-Litewskiej w 1569 roku. Obiekty wyróżniono Znakiem Dziedzictwa Europejskiego.

Poland's Secret Mountain Border Towns Are Amazing

In today's video we show you why Poland's Secret Mountain Border Towns Are Amazing! We visit the stunning cities of Szklarska Poręba, Karpacz, Jelenia Gora, Bielsko Biala and some of Poland's mountain towns along the Czech border. We made these visits based on our viewer recommendations. Over our 57 days in Poland, we met with expats living in Poland, shared our costs, expenses, and impressions of Poland's livability and quality of life, as well as looked at real estate and we visited with immigration experts. Krakow, Gdansk, Warsaw, and many other cities in Poland have many foreigners calling the country home. Poland offers a reasonable cost of living and great quality of life. The average US Retiree on Social Security receives $1,550 a month, and a couple on Social Security receives over $2,500 a month. A US Expat living on Social Security if allowed could expect a lower cost of living in Poland when compared to the living costs in the US.

Warren is 52.4% Polish identified via DNA testing with 23 & Me, from four Great Grandparents who were from Poland. We will be exploring Residency by Descent in future episodes, as well as visiting locations around Poland to include ancestry locations.

Currently the PLN exchange rate is 4.71 to $1.00 USD

We began our retirement in March of 2020 with the intent to travel the world, spending 1-3 months in a country or location. We want to see what it's like to live there and not simply visit, and we want to share these experiences and the costs with whoever wishes to follow along.

Niederschlesien, Polen | Stadt Breslau, Walbrzych, Liegnitz, Lubin | Drohne 4k Video | Polen Städte

Niederschlesien, Polen.

Was in Niederschlesien zu sehen

Baja Silesia, Polonia | Ciudad de Breslavia, Walbrzych, Legnica, Lubin | Vídeo dron 4k | Polonia

Baja Silesia, Polonia.

Principales ciudades: Breslavia, Walbrzych, Legnica, Lubin
