The nearly 2,000 acre park is also home to 25 miles of trails for hiking and horseback riding, a Visitor Center and Exhibit Hall, and livestock. Admission is free with a $6 per vehicle parking fee. The grounds are open 7 days a week except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.
If you love big art, the outdoor mural gallery is a can't-miss experience. The Murals are one of the city’s top attractions, depicting scenes of Lompoc’s heritage, flower industry, historic sights, ethnic diversity, scenic beauty and more.

Located on the Central Coast of California, just north of Santa Barbara and south of San Luis Obispo, Lompoc, although small, has a lot to offer! From wine tasting and historic sightseeing, this is a destination you won't want to miss. And did I mention art? Lompoc has a lot of it!
The Lompoc murals are one of the town's top attractions and will not leave you disappointed. Recently, I revisited - and quite frankly was blown away. Even though I grew up near this town, just about every year a new mural is added, so the collection has become quite expansive and there's pretty much a guarantee that you'll see something new when you come back. From historic depictions of Lompoc's past to imagery of the present - if you take a trip up the central coast, this is a can't miss spot!
