The Great Pagoda of Vincennes is a monument in Bois de Vincennes near Lake Daumesnil. It was built in 1931 on the site of the temple of Cameroon and Togo. It's 28 meters tall and owned by the Paris City Hall, which takes care of maintaining it. Although it's a Buddhist site, it's not open to visitors due to its religious significance. However, it's open during significant events.

Through our videos, we’ve been taking you through the Long Stay Visa process, the packing, the purging, the moving, searching for an apartment, creating a great Dossier, learning the way things are done administratively in France, and sharing the steps, talking about what we’ve learned and the ups and the downs.
And now, we continue to share our life, our new life, here in Nice, getting settled, adjusting to the “French” way of doing things, dealing with the French “red tape” and all the while, making every wonderful day in Nice, the best day ever…

Il était prévu de faire un vol vers Joigny LFGJK, mais comme la météo était bâchée, l'ATIS annonçait 1000 ft QNH, soit dans les 300 m d'altitude (mer) nous n'avons pas pu partir.
L'un de nos instructeur étant présent, nous lui a demandé s'il pouvait nous faire faire des tours de piste, au moins pour voir ce que cela donne...
Résultat en photos et musique... :-)
Nous volions bas, dans les 200 m. de hauteur, ce qui n'est pas si commun, c'est l'occasion de voir les choses avec un regard neuf ...

L'aérodrome de Lognes-Émerainville est un aérodrome du département de Seine-et-Marne. Il se situe à 1,5 km au sud de Lognes, 28 km à l'est de Paris.
