We tour Greenbrier State Park which is located in Boonsboro, Maryland. Afterwards we head to nearby Frederick County to go on a Covered Bridge Tour that consists of 3 covered bridges.

John H. Hall Bridge Eastbound (US-340 Northbound in West Virginia)
Traveling eastbound on the John H. Hall Bridge, a pier-and-girder bridge carrying the Appalachian Trail and two lanes of US-340 across the Shenandoah River in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.
The original unnamed bridge opened in 1950 after Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia agreed to realign the portion of US-340 from Sandy Hook to Harpers Ferry. The existing 60-foot-tall bridge replaced the original span in the 2000s. In 2018, this span was dedicated as the John Hancock Hall Memorial Bridge, named after John Hancock Hall, a gunsmith and key figure in the invention of interchangeable parts, along side Eli Whitney. Most of his work was done on Virginius Island, located right next to the existing bridge.
