海心沙：
海心沙位於廣州市天河區西南部，東接珠江，南望廣州塔，西臨二沙島宏城公園，北鄰花城廣場，四面環水，東西兩頭尖、中間寬，呈橄欖狀，面積17.6萬平方公尺。原為珠江中的沖積島嶼，因珠江江面較寬，當地人把渡江叫做渡海，因該島位於江心，故稱為海心沙，古時即有此名。島上歷史上屬獵德村，1952 年土改時劃歸廣州園藝場，1958 年獵德村以位於海珠區的龍母宮圍、聯合圍換回海心沙，1976 年被廣州港務局徵用作為碼頭，2007 移交給廣州市政府，在此興建了第十六屆亞運會主會場。 2010 年 11 月，廣州亞運會開幕式和閉幕式在此舉行，現成為亞運公園。
Haixinsha:
Haixinsha is located in the southwest of Tianhe District, Guangzhou. It is connected to the Pearl River in the east, overlooks the Guangzhou Tower in the south, faces Ersha Island Hongcheng Park in the west, and is adjacent to Huacheng Square in the north. It was originally an alluvial island in the Pearl River. Because the Pearl River is wide, the locals call crossing the river crossing the sea. Because the island is located in the middle of the river, it is called Haixinsha, and it has this name since ancient times. The island historically belonged to Liede Village. In 1952, during the land reform, it was assigned to Guangzhou Horticulture Farm. In 1958, Liede Village exchanged Haixinsha for Longmu Palace Wei and Lianhe Wei in Haizhu District. In 1976, it was requisitioned by Guangzhou Port Authority as a wharf. In 2007, it was handed over to Guangzhou Municipal Government, and the main venue of the 16th Asian Games was built here. In November 2010, the opening and closing ceremonies of the Guangzhou Asian Games were held here. It has now become the Asian Games Park.

For a communal dining experience in Budapest, consider visiting Wang Fu (Mimóza), a long-standing Chinese hot pot restaurant a bit outside the city center. First, you'll need to choose the ingredients from two oversized fridges located by the entrance and containing a countless variety of raw meats and vegetables. In the meantime, servers will prepare the cooking broths at your table. The fun begins when you start dipping the ingredients into the hot liquid for anywhere from a few seconds (raw beef) to several minutes (noodles).
Selecting the winning combination from the hundred or so options can be overwhelming. The popular choices include the classic shaved mutton (a staple of hot pot), shrimp, squid, fish ball, different types of tofu, shiitake (or other types of mushroom), lotus root, napa cabbage, and bok choy. If you like offals, also get chicken gizzard and pork blood, which go well with the peanut-based dipping sauce.
Wang Fu's default broth comes in a split pot with a light chicken broth and a somewhat spicier version enhanced by chili paste and chili oil. Toward the end of the meal, the broth transforms into a rich soup from absorbing all the flavors. For dinner, come on the earlier side (before 7 p.m.) for the liveliest ambience.

Review of Singapore Airlines Biz Class Shanghai to Singapore SQ 831 Incorrect Meal Amusing Moment
This video features the 2013 Business Class product on Singapore Airlines Boeing 777/300ER.
Amusing moment on board @ 8:27. The stewardess served me the incorrect main. I was served a bowl of noodle soup, when I was very sure that I had ordered the fried pork on noodles (which was a dry dish). Of course, I asked, and she checked and straightaway realised the error. No biggie, I got my correct dish after all!
Another good flight on Singapore Airlines Business Class, Boeing 777-300 from Shanghai to Singapore. After spending a couple of hours at the Air China Business lounge, we board the Singapore Airlines aircraft on our way home! The following time-marks give you a 'table of contents' -

The flight was somewhat bumpy along the way, probably due to some turbulence. But it was still an enjoyable flight. For the landing into Changi, it was smooth. Here is the landing video.
