Le Castellet (Occitan: Lo Castelet) is a commune in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France. It consists of a small feudal village perched on a cliff edge and its surroundings. It is situated north-west of Toulon next to La Cadière-d'Azur and Le Beausset. It is surrounded by vineyards and is part of the Côtes de Provence Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) of Bandol. The Circuit Paul Ricard is also located in the commune.

Hello and welcome to our first video of 2022! 👋
Incase you are new to the channel. We are Lou & Sylw and in this video we tour around the North of Croatia! 👍
Last year we bought and self-converted a Citroen Relay to travel around the UK & Europe full-time with our 3 dogs (Rocks, Bella & Lola). 🚐🐶
Our plan is to make a short film in every country we visit and after travelling through the UK and into Europe. We are now in Croatia 🇸🇰
It was everything we expected it to be but for some reason everything seemed to go wrong. The bad luck started with Sylwia, dropping her mobile phone in the sea. It quickly escalated after that with a breakdown of the van, a lost drone and finally losing the GoPro. As you can imagine it has been a costly month.
We did however, have a lot of fun in Croatia. We managed to see plenty of snow and then 70 miles down to the cost, glorious sunshine!
We managed to visit Lokvarsko Jezera, Pula, Krk Island, Cres Island and Plitvicka Jezera. We genuinely enjoyed all of them and would recommend them both to the van life community and people who just enjoy a couple of weeks holiday in the summer!

Increíblemente Hermosa - FIESTA PARA LOS OJOS en el MAR
Croacia es realmente fascinante, y navegar por su costa es una de las experiencias más espectaculares que ofrece el país. Croacia cuenta con más de 1.200 islas y un litoral de ensueño a lo largo del mar Adriático, lo que convierte a la navegación en una de las mejores formas de explorar su geografía.
Estamos compartiendo contigo un trayecto en barco entre Pula y Zadar, dos destinos costeros destacados en Croacia, que ofrece una experiencia única al recorrer el espectacular litoral del Mar Adriático.
El trayecto en barco entre Pula, en la península de Istria, al noroeste y Zadar, en Dalmacia, más al sur, es de aproximadamente 140 millas náuticas, unos 260 km. Este viaje puede realizarse de diversas maneras, dependiendo del tipo de embarcación y del itinerario que elijas. A lo largo del camino, tendrás la oportunidad de explorar varias islas, bahías y ciudades pintorescas.
Si bien nosotros lo estamos haciendo en un barco de la empresa Kapetan Luka que tarda 4 horas y media en unir ambos puertos por un costo de 45 euros, y es lo más recomendable en cuanto a costos y rapidez, hay muchas otras opciones.
En yate o catamarán a motor y si navegas sin parar y con buenas condiciones climáticas, el trayecto puede durar entre 7 y 10 horas. Sin embargo, la mayoría de los navegantes suelen dividir el viaje en varias etapas, deteniéndose en islas y puertos para disfrutar del paisaje y la cultura local.
Si prefieres un viaje más tranquilo a vela, puede tomar 2 o 3 días dependiendo de las paradas que quieras hacer y de las condiciones del viento.
El itinerario entre Pula y Zadar te lleva a través de una serie de islas y puntos costeros que ofrecen algunas de las mejores vistas y experiencias náuticas del Adriático. A continuación, te detallo algunas de las paradas más interesantes que puedes hacer en este trayecto.
La primera parada es Rovinj, a 40 km de Pula, este pintoresco puerto es uno de los destinos más fotografiados de Croacia. Rovinj, con sus calles adoquinadas, arquitectura veneciana y la iglesia de Santa Eufemia, es un lugar ideal para detenerse, explorar el casco antiguo y disfrutar de una comida en uno de sus restaurantes con vistas al mar.
La isla de Cres es una de las más grandes del Adriático y ofrece un entorno natural prístino. Aquí puedes disfrutar de calas escondidas, ideales para nadar y hacer snorkel, y del tranquilo pueblo de Cres, donde puedes probar platos locales como el cordero asado y el queso de oveja.
La isla vecina de Lošinj es famosa por su clima suave y su vegetación exuberante. El puerto de Mali Lošinj es un lugar encantador para hacer una parada, con un animado paseo marítimo y una excelente oferta gastronómica. Además, Lošinj es conocida por ser una zona de avistamiento de delfines, lo que añade una experiencia especial a tu viaje.
El Parque Nacional de Kornati es uno de los puntos más destacados del trayecto. Este archipiélago, compuesto por más de 80 islas y cayos, es un paraíso para los amantes de la naturaleza y la navegación. Las islas son deshabitadas, con paisajes áridos y rocosos que contrastan con el brillante azul del mar. El parque es un excelente lugar para hacer snorkel y buceo, debido a la gran diversidad de vida marina.
Por su parte es de destacar la Isla de Dugi Otok, perfecta para hacer una parada en la famosa playa de Sakarun, considerada una de las más hermosas de Croacia por su arena blanca y aguas turquesas. También puedes explorar el Parque Natural de Telašćica, con su impresionante bahía protegida y acantilados sobre el mar.
Finalmente el viaje culmina con la llegada a Zadar, una de las ciudades más antiguas de Croacia que está llena de historia, cultura y belleza natural. Al llegar, podrás explorar su casco antiguo, que alberga monumentos como la Iglesia de San Donato, el Foro Romano, y la moderna instalación artística del Órgano del Mar, que produce sonidos musicales al ser impulsado por las olas.
Zadar es una ciudad vibrante y ofrece una combinación perfecta de cultura, gastronomía y playas. La llegada en barco te brinda la oportunidad de disfrutar de una vista espectacular de la ciudad desde el mar.
