In this vlog our family visits our friend Sairy and her family. Sairy's family is from Honduras and Garifuna. They invited us to their home in Rivera Hernandez to show us how to make a traditional Honduran and Garifuna dish called Sopa de Mariscos (the literal translation is seafood soup). We enjoyed the day getting to know each other while our kids played and we enjoyed conversation. Also, making the dish was a ton of work and worth the time! It was so delicious! In our best Shin Fujiyama impression ayy, que rico! Jajaja We are so grateful for our time with them.
