We started our journey from Dwarka then we went to Somnath jyotirling , then girnar yatra Junagadh, Ahmedabad, and from ahmedabad we reach to dakor ranchoddass temple 80 km from ahmedabad.
Now our team has reached one of the 51 Shaktipeeths, Shri Mahakali Mandir located in Pavagadh Gujarat. This is the last episode of our Saurashtra region yatra.
We made total ten episodes on gujarat spiritual tourist places
As per legends of the Puranas, Sati, feeling upset in the yagya performed by her father Daksha entered into the fire kund intently. Furious Lord Shiv Shankar kept wandering in the universe doing tandav with Sati’s burning body. Shaktipeeths were formed wherever the body parts of the mother Sati fell. It is said owing to the falling of the right toe of the mother's foot, Pavagadh shaktipeeth came into existence.
India to Bharat explores the entire history, truth and other related folklores related to this famous Shaktipeeth of Gujarat state.
