This week, I take yall with me on another Bike ride!!

It's been quite a while since I'd ridden with the guys, so I joined them on their most recent trip and brought Alecka along!

It was short but sweet and we had a great time in Ghana's Eastern region in a town called Koforidua. We literally rode there, ate fufu, and rode back, but it was a nice ride all the same.

I always enjoy getting out of Accra and seeing the other places and things Ghana has to offer! PLUS, I'm always down for an adventure :)
