Dima's second visit
Jeff and Elaine Jolly's second visit with their adopted son Dima in Vladivostok, Russia
2nd day with Dima, 9-15-10
The Jolly family visits Dima on our second full day in Vladivostok. We're going to court two days from today. The lady who brings him into the room is one of the caregivers at the orphanage. The young lady sitting in the chair is Elaina, our interpreter. He has a pretty bad case of bronchitis, so he's not as interactive as he was when Elaine and I visited him in June. He also seems to be a bit shy toward his new brothers and sisters.

Southeast Asia Alien Baby Boy ? In Cambodia Siem Reap
some of the people in this town in Cambodia call this young baby boy the Alien Baby
Because of his large and unusual shape of his head.
We see him as a beautiful little boy with a lovely smile and twinkling eyes.
The local people walk by give grandma a little money to help for the boys care.
They do not have welfare, food stamps etc. etc. and so the people who are handicapped possibly from the birth defect, a leg being blown off Buy a landmine during the war. The welfare system here is that they will be sitting on the street with the basket in front of them for donations.
We always give to the people that are handicapped in one way that they're not able to really work.
It seems like the people are very generous to the people who are handicapped and give generously I'm talking about the local people of Cambodian giving to each other. They are compassionate to their fellow citizens and know that this is the only way that a handicapped person can provide for themselves.

walking and singing
We took my daughter on a walk while on our first trip to Russia. She was holding my son's hand and singing a song. The light is low, the sound's not too great, either. If anyone can help my telling me WHAT she's singing, I'd appreciate it. I suspect it's a Russian children's song. I'd love to find a copy of the song so she could hear it now, five years later.
