1. Bujumbura
Starting off the list of 10 best places to visit in Burundi is one of its French- influenced cities, Bujumbura.Bujumbura is known for the history of French and Colonial settlements that this city holds. This city has a greater impact of the French culture and you are sure to find the best of French cuisines here.This relatively small city has not seen much development over the past decades mainly due to years of conflict in the region. The city, commonly known as Buji, has retained other characteristics from its period as a French colony such as excellent food, drink and nightlife. French cuisine can be found at various restaurants in the city, occupying a wide range of prices and quality. Sights in the city include the university which is the only one in Burundi and the Independence Monument which remembers hard times of occupation by French, Belgian and German rulers. The Living Museum is also located in Bujumbura and is arguably one of the best museums of its kind in Africa with both ancient and modern crafts in display.
2. Rusizi River National Park
When you want to see a mélange of big water mammals and a beautiful water body that serves as habitat for them, then, Rusizi River National Park is the place to stop by. Located just outside of Bujumbura is the fascinating Rusizi River National Park. Due to the periodic flooding that usually happen around the plains surrounding the river, hundreds of animals tend to flock to this area. Hippos are one of the tourist favourites in this area but there are several more species here to keep you entertained including colourful birds.With the clear skies here, the parkis a true bird-watchers paradise with migratory birds frequenting the parking including rare and beautiful species from both Asia and Europe such as sand pipers and plovers.
3. Ruvubu National Park

The Ruvubu National Park with an area of over 500km2 is therefore not only the best fit for its size but also because of the rare and special species of plants and animals found here. The park, which was founded in 1980, is home to some of the most majestic and impressive wildlife in the country including beasts such as hippos, buffalo, tigers, elephants and crocodiles. That’s not all, the park is also known for its variety of rare plants and flowers as well as the birdlife that migrates to the region throughout the year. Preservation of the park is one of the country’s top concerns, so much so that humans have been evacuated from the area.

Matatila Dam is located in district Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, that was built in 1958 on the Betwa River. It is located at the border of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. This earthen dam is 35 m high. The catchment area is around 20 km² with a maximum storage capacity of 1132 million cubic metres. The dam is popular among tourists. Close to this dam there is a very beautiful park located.

करैरा का ऐतिहासिक किला
जिला मुख्यालय से 52 किमी दूर स्थित करैरा कस्बा 1350 ई में बसाया गया था जिसे पहले कर्णहार नाम से जाना जाता था। कालांतर में यह शब्द बदलकर पहले करहरा और बाद में करैरा हो गया। करैरा के ऐतिहासिक किले का निर्माण राजा पुण्यपाल परमार ने करवाया।
इस किले की धरातल से ऊंचाई 115 फीट, पूर्व से पश्चिम की और लंबाई 1900 फीट, और चौड़ाई 700 फीट थी। इसके चारो ओर विशाल परकोटे का निर्माण कराया गया था। परकोटे के चारो दिशाओं में विशाल दरवाजे भी थे जिन्हें शंकर दरवाजा, गंज दरवाजा, गूजर दरवाजा, झांसी दरवाजा तथा चांद दरवाजा कहा जाता था।
इनमें से अधिकांश दरवाजे अपना मूल स्वरूप खो चुके हैं, लेकिन उनके बचे हुए अवशेष उनकी तत्कालीन भव्यता दर्शाते आज भी नजर आते हैं। करैरा दुर्ग पर कई राजाओं ने शासन किया था। जिनमें झांसी की रानी लक्ष्मीबाई भी शामिल है। उनके पति गंगाधर राव नेवालकर की मृत्यु के बाद करैरा किला रानी के आधिपत्य में रहा।
वर्तमान में ऐतिहासिक महत्व वाला यह दुर्ग असमाजिक तत्वों व आपराधिक प्रवृत्ति के लोगों की पनाहगार भी बना हुआ है। आस पास के क्षेत्रों में वारदात करके अपराधी छुपने के लिए यहां शरण लेते रहे हैं, जिसके प्रमाण कई बार सामने आए हैं।
प्राचीन करैरा दुर्ग के अंदर स्थित त्रयंबकेश्वर का शिव मंदिर, हनुमान मंदिर, व मजार लोगों की आस्था का केन्द्र हैं। आज भी प्रतिदिन कस्बेवासी हिन्दू-मुस्लिम सभी किले पर जाकर पूजा-अर्चना करते है।
करैरा दुर्ग पर दफीना खोरों (गढ़ा धन खोदने वाले) की नजर बनी हुई है और वह मौका पाकर गढ़े धन के लालच में गढ्ढे खोदकर किले के स्वरूप को नष्ट कर रहे हैं।
करैरा दुर्ग का आकर्षण आज भी बरकरार है। मुख्य द्वार पर बनी कचहरी आज भी लोगों के आकर्षण का केन्द्र है। किले के अंदर कुआं, तालाब, बावड़ी भी देखने काबिल है। प्राचीन दीवारों पर उकरे भित्ति चित्र आज भी उस समय की कला का बेजोड़ नमूना प्रदर्शित करते नजर आते हैं।
करैरा के वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार सतीश श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि करैरा दुर्ग के ऐतिहासिक आईने पर अपनी रचना लिखने वाले राष्ट्रपति पुरस्कार प्राप्त स्थानीय साहित्यकार स्व डॉ मुरारी लाल द्विवेदी के अनुसार किले का निर्माण 1618 ई में कराया गया था। इस किले पर कई राजाओं ने शासन किया इस किले पर झांसी की रानी लक्ष्मीबाई का भी शासन रहा था।

Delhi, the capital city of India, has been grappling with significant waste pollution issues. Waste pollution in Delhi is a multifaceted problem encompassing various types of waste, including solid waste, electronic waste, and hazardous waste. In this video, I visited the trash mountain in Delhi and see what life is like in the landfill, I've also visited the residential area besides the landfill and met up with some of the friendly locals. I then packed my bags to visit the northern Indian state of Rishikesh where, together with @willpalmeer, we've enjoyed various activities at the Ganges River.
