距离烟台市政府仅2公里的凤凰山大集是一座热闹繁华的城区大集。每逢农历2和7，这里都会吸引很多顾客前来购物和品尝美食，如织的人流让集市上充满了欢声笑语。

在凤凰山大集，您可以品尝到各种现做现卖的美食。油炸的咸鱼配上“片片”，以及虾酱和萝卜粉丝馅儿的玉米饼子，是非常有烟台特色的民间小吃，深受当地人的喜爱。炸面鱼也是烟台地区的特色美食，发面制成的面鱼油炸之后外酥内软，散发着诱人的油香，配上一碗热腾腾的滑爽豆腐脑，这样的早餐简直绝了。江米果子也是大集美食的一个亮点，长达80多厘米的江米果子用花生油炸制而成，外酥内软，暄软可口。手抓饼是另一道必尝的美食，咸香可口的手抓饼层次分明，油香扑鼻。来自千年古镇江苏黄桥的烧饼则以其金黄的外表，酥脆的口感赢得了当地人的喜爱，成为市场上最受欢迎的面食之一。集市上还有口福饼、熏鸡、脂渣、炒焖子等花样繁多的美食可供选择。

丰富的食材是吸引顾客造访这个大集的另一个重要原因。现做现卖的黄豆豆沫，既可以制作成小豆腐，又可以炸成香喷喷的丸子，甚至还可以蒸成片片吃。蔬菜摊上则摆满了诸如香椿芽、养颜菜、茴香等各种时鲜蔬菜，更有海阳产的西红柿，开沙味甜，非常有西红柿味儿，让人一口回忆起童年的味道。烟台长岛产的牡蛎、金钩海米、皮皮虾、蛎虾、虾皮等干鲜海货应有尽有，耙耙柑、草莓、蓝莓、苹果等水果琳琅满目。一句话，没有人能够空着手走出凤凰山大集。

Today, I would be taking a day trip to Dujiangyan. It was well-known for its 2000 year old irrigation project, giant panda sculpture and old town. During this period, it also had a beautiful street of cherry blossoms. Finally, I also tried hotpot in Chengdu. I also tried more Sichuan cuisine before taking the airport bus from the city to Chengdu Tianfu International Airport for my flight back to Singapore.
