First contact center Michalovce in cooperation with their Ukraine partners from Uzhgorod, Kolomyia and Irshava implement for the 3rd year the crossborder project Creation of partner first contact centers in Ukraine and their mutual cooperation. The goal of the project is to create advisory centers for businessmen from Ukraine cities Kolomyia and Irshava. The first phase is focused on the building and technical equipping of offices. The second phase is for the training of personnel in the newly opened centers. During training, the personnel has to manage 10 basic topics, which they have to master in order to fulfill the role of an advisor in the centers. One of the last topics is also the topic with the title business intention. Participants went through not only the theoretical part, but were also able to see, on concrete business situations, the importance of a correct business intention.
Jevhenij Lukša - project trainer: Today takes places the 4th meeting for the training program, which was organized specially for newly opened First contact centers, which will work in Irshava. We expect, that the First contact center will be helpful for the development of business activities in this region. We plan to cooperate with the FCC from Slovakia. This way we would like to improve contact between Slovak businessmen and businessmen from the Irshava region, maybe even the whole Transcarpathia. Therefore we will improve the quality of personnel, which works in the First contact center in Irshava. I hope that the mutual cooperation will proceed positively and that our work will help a large amount of businessmen in the border region.
Mychajlo Meľnykovyč - manager of FCC Irshava: These trainings are very useful for our employees, because here are used the experiences from the Slovak side, which will be used as the basis for our work in Irshava. I would like to thank the experts, who devote their time to us and share with us their experiences, which we will be able to use in praxis and in planning of business activities at work in business structures of our region.
The educational process of personnel is slowly ending. After the end of the project, they will greet their first businessmen in the advisory centers, with who they can share their gained knowledge. We believe, that the gained informations can help them in their businesses despite the unfavorable political and business situation, in which Ukraine currently is. From Irshava, Anna Činčárová.

Study tour across Slovakia 10.-12.06.2015
Project with the name Creation of partner first contact centers in Ukraine and their mutual cooperation is nearing its final phase and we can slowly evaluate it. Within the scale of the project were built and technically equipped two first contact centers, one in the city Kolomia and the second one in the city Iršava. A cycle of personnel training took place in the newly opened First contact centers. This study tour was meant to introduce the new personnel and project team with the activity and work of the counseling centers for businessmen, which are active in Slovakia and in our region. Individual information centers have various subjects of activities. For example in Levoča, it is focused on the development of countryside tourism.
SY: Andrea Hradiská - CPK Levoča- If I should advise our colleagues in Ukraine how to lead their centers or what is important then the first thing is to consider, if financial means or sources from state programs exist, which they could use and if not, it is necessary to consider what human capabilities they posses, because it is important in what region you are situated.
The idea for the establishment of information centers in Slovakia went into realization 20 years ago. In the year 2002 were these centers expanded with offices which act in regions with a high rate of unemployment. Among the most active centers count the regional consultancy - information center in Prešov.
SY: Lucia Krišová - manager of RPIC Prešov - We operate on the market for 20 years now, so the experiences kept pilling up on us. They are experiences with projects, as well as clients, who went through our hands, business plans which we developed and institutions with which we cooperate. Sometimes, we have the feeling, that the public doesn´t know much about us, but we sometimes also feel that all it takes is a seminar or an event where we can present ourselves and the response is instantly bigger. I have to say that our clients try to spread informations about us.
All these informations were processed and submitted to our Ukraine partners, who took the idea, but adjusted it according to Ukraine legislative. They serve as a work manual for newly opened centers in Ukraine.
SY: Vitaliy Galaichuk - director of FCC Kolomia - First I would like to thank mr. Závacký for his invitation and for the possibility to see Michalovce and other cities during our project for the creation of partner first contact centers in Ukraine. We have our own office, we have staff who work and gain european experiences, which we will apply here in the Ukraine working with the first contact centers in Iršava. Michalovce and other cities of Slovakia.
Participants, besides the workshop, had an opportunity to see the beauty of Slovakia. They visited the biggest castle in middle Europe, the Spis castle, they got acquainted with the making of baskets in the village Lacková near Stará Ľubovňa, and they also visited the museum of customs and traditions of north Slovakia in Nestvil park. During the workshop in Stará Ľubovňa, representatives of seven advisory centers presented their activities and the working of their centers. На Приднестровской железной дороге подводят итоги года. Он был успешным. Работники стабильно получают зарплату, причём она выросла. Железная дорога перечислила в бюджет 20 миллионов рублей.

Боржавская узкоколейная железная дорога или «Кушницька Анця» — так её в народе на Закарпатье называют. Действующая узкоколейка Украины, по сей день перевозит пассажиров. Тепловоз - ТУ2.

Первая очередь Боржавской узкоколейки введена в эксплуатацию 23 декабря 1908. Дорога использовалась прежде всего для перевозки древесины из горных массивов Полонины Боржава и Большой Дол в Закарпатскую низменность для дальнейшей транспортировки и переработки. Главная ветвь пролегла вдоль реки Боржавы, что и дало название железной дороге. В верховьях реки путь разветвлялась на несколько ветвей, которые вели к отдаленные горные лесоразработки. Сейчас в эксплуатации остается ветка Виноградов — Хмельник — Иршава, а также Берегово — Хмельник. Железную дорогу использовали не только для перевозки грузов (в том числе леса), но и для пассажирских перевозок. Пассажирские поезда состоят из локомотива и нескольких (1—4) вагончиков. В каждом селе, через которое проходит железная дорога, построены небольшие станции.

700 kilometers of romantic narrow-gauge railway: train Haivoron - Rudnytsya in Ukraine
Narrow-gauge railway Rudnytsya - Haivoron - Holovanivsk is one of the longest narrow-gauge railways in Europe. It is located in the center of Ukraine. The length is 130 kilometers (78 km. from Rudnytsya to Haivoron and 52 km. from Haivoron to Holovanivsk).
Modern Haivoron narrow-gauge railway is part of one of the largest narrow-gauge railway networks in Europe. It was located on the modern territory of five regions of Ukraine and on the territory of modern Moldova. By the end of the 1950s, the Haivoron network reached the peak point of its development, total length of the lines was about 700 (!) kilometers. Subsequently, the lines were alternately altered to the standard gauge of 1520 (1524) mm. But the economic crisis of the USSR at the end of the eighties prevented the plans for the final dismantling of the narrow-gauge in favor of the wide one. So this narrow-gauge railway has been preserved to this day.
By the beginning of the quarantine in March 2020, the Haivoron - Rudnytsya section was used for regular passenger traffic. Passenger traffic on the section from Haivoron to Holovanivsk was closed in January 2019.

Вузькоколійка Рудниця - Гайворон - Голованівськ - одна з найдовших вузькоколійних залізниць Європи. Знаходиться вона в центрі України. Протяжність складає 130 кілометрів (78 км. від Рудниці до Гайворона і 52 км. від Гайворона до Голованівська). Сучасна Гайворонська вузькоколійка - частина однієї з найбільших мереж вузькоколійних залізниць Європи. Вона була розташована на сучасній території п'яти областей України та на території сучасної Молдови. До кінця 1950-х років Гайворонська мережа досягла пікової точки свого розвитку, протяжність ліній тоді становила близько 700 (!) кілометрів. Згодом, лінії почергово перешивали на стандартну ширину колії 1520 (1524) мм., але економічна криза СРСР кінця 80-их завадила планам остаточного демонтажу вузької колії на користь широкої. Так й збереглася ця вузькоколійка донині. Унікальність станції Гайворон полягає в тому, що на ній повноцінно працюють дві системи: ширококолійна та вузькоколійна. До початку карантинних обмежень у березні 2020 року ділянка Гайворон - Рудниця використовувалась для регулярних пасажирських перевезень, хоч й не таких активних, як раніше. Пасажирський рух на ділянці з Гайворона до Голованівська був закритий у січні 2019 року.
