Every week 100s of rich tourists pour into the Kilimanjaro airport in northern Tanzania, East Africa to float in a hot air balloon over the Serengeti or climb Mount Kilimanjaro, 100s of children -- many of them orphaned -- are hungry and need medical attention. Missionaries also come to this area -- in the coffee growing environs on the side of Kilimanjaro -- to meet the needs of the people. One such group is Kidz at Heart which equips Sunday School teachers to minister to the spiritual hunger of the children. This video shows a Sunday School class Before the training session.
