South Texas and Mexico
I came home for the holidays to a little town call Harlingen which is in the southern tip of Texas only a 15 minute drive to Mexico. We enjoyed looking at the holiday lights on the houses, grilled beef ribs which is best made by my brother, a little night life, seeing my other brother sing and play guitar at the Rio Grande Grill, a visit with the kids (big and small) to Chuck E. Cheese, and quick trip to Mexico.

We stayed at the Encore Sunshine RV Park in Harlingen, TX over the Christmas holiday. We were surprised how empty Sunshine RV Park was. They have a lot of amenities. Check out our trip to South Padre Island with the sand sculptures, the Iwo Jima Monument and Museum and the battlefield where the Spanish American war started.
