Sun Valley, Idaho, is a popular vacation spot. Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain, both parts of Sun Valley Resort, are well-known for their skiing. The resort's summer season features miles of hiking trails, equestrian paths, and meadows bursting with wildflowers. Fox Creek and Trail Creek are just two of the many paths that leave from different points throughout town and lead to scenic vantage points atop Proctor Mountain and the surrounding valley.
